Precision had installed a new garage door opener about 17 months ago. Called Precision to do some adjustment on the one door. We decided to have a have a new torsion spring system installed. Performed motor Maintenance and Door Maintenance. The technician was Scotty King. He was excellent in explaining what was needed and what he would be doing to complete the install and maintenance. He got here at the stated time, diagnosed the problem, got my OK to proceed and then went to work and did NOT STOP until the repair was completed. A spring broke in our garage door and we called Precision. They came out the next morning and technician Dustin took care of our issue. He was timely and thorough, giving us a complete estimate before doing the work. Once we authorized him to proceed with the proposed job, Dustin replaced the broken spring (and the other one, likely to fail soon). He freshened up the entire system so all moving parts of the door are operating smoothly. I would recommend Precision for garage door service.
