Best price among four well known choices. Sales representative, Winfield J., negotiates rush hour traffic and shows at the beginning of the appointment window not at the end. I accepted the proposal on a Saturday and on Monday I get a call the doors are ready for installation. Installer, Kevin L., arrives on Tuesday at the beginning of the installation window and less than three hours later two doors are installed. Competitive pricing, respectful of my time, and prompt installation. Precision Garage Door Service far exceeded my expectations. Outstanding!

I’m not sure where the lies begin or end with this company but I paid about $1300 for what was supposed to be a complete garage motor/ components attached to the garage replacement. Here we are about 8 months from the time this took place and my cable attached to the doors snapped for no reason in the middle of the night. I called for a technician they quoted about $75 for a service. I said it should be covered they said they’re unsure if it is. I asked if I could send a pic of the issue and the lady said no. So a technician comes out and says “it’s not covered under you warranty” $75. I just paid, these people are ripping people off do not hire them for their services.

Dustin Ridge did an outstanding job; he is very knowledgeable and explained to me what was required to be changed and explained to me the reason for his findings. He proceeded to fix the issue in an adequate time frame and verified the job was completed. Moreover, I booked the appointment on Sunday to Monday Morning, and he presented on time. I received an email from Precision offering an anniversary special of GET YOUR ANNUAL GARAGE DOOR TUNE-UP FOR JUST $104! plus $25 Off service. I said well it was installed in 2022 why not get it done for that price. I scheduled an appointment and the tech came out....I advised the tech I wanted a tune up and had no issues with the door. The tech performed an inspection advising all my parts and equipment was good. He said the belt needed to be tightened and one of my cable drum cord I guess it's called needed to tighten as well. He advised that it is maintenance instead of a tuneup. I asked tech the cost was $250 before tax. This should have been part of the tune up from what I was advised, however I allowed the tech to perform the job. After the tech left I ran an errand came back and closed the garage and it opened right back up....tried again the same thing. Now my door will not close and it is just open. I called twice to see if the tech can come back to resolve no call back no response. I was told by the answering service I will get a call back to see if someone can return today which is 6/1/2025. This has been a horrible experience 1) I believe being overcharged for something that should have been in the tune-up package is like a bait and switch. 2) The tech caused a problem that I was not experiencing with my door at all. 3) It is a safety issue for me because my garage door will not close which is attached to the house. Someone can easily come in my garage and gain access to my home. 4) The lack of response from the tech and manager on duty for the weekend due to being early enough in the day for a response.

Always reliable. I’ve used Precision for many years now. Technicians are always courteous, kind and professional. They call when they are on their way and have always been on time. They always offer great solutions, options and service to fix my garage door problems and I never feel pressured to buy extra product or extra service that isn’t necessary. They are very personable in that way and I can tell they really love their job. They treat my home & garage door issues as if it were their own, which is rare. After using the other 2 major garage door companies, I found Precision and will never use anyone else.
