Why I am more than happy with Precision: Garage Door failed on New Years, 3 other services gave Monday as earliest day to come out.Tech Andres came out next day as promised. My garage door came off track and I talked to Juan initially, but Andre came out to fix my problem. Andre put the garage back on track and provided a tuneup. He explained everything to me and was very kind, professional and knowledgeable. I’m so glad I called Precision Garage Doors. I will contact them again when needed and will definitely refer my friends.

Got a recommendation from a professional electrician to call Precision when my opener’s motor was fried during a lightening storm. Precision tech Dustin Ridge came out the following day. We purchased a great LiftMaster unit and the installation went very smoothly. Dustin set up all the remotes including those for our cars. We were thoroughly delighted with the entire experience. Couldn’t have gone better!

I highly recommend this company. Ryan Hudson was my Technician. He called ahead of time to let me know he was on the way as promised when service call was set up. He explained the issue with tje garage door opener Unit and provided several options. He didn't put any pressure to choose one option over another. I appreciate that. Ryan was knowledgeable, professional and very pleasant to deal with. He also advised of other things that may be needed in the near future. Customer service with this company was on point. I was very impressed from the first contact with this company which in my opinion is a good sign of great training and leadership. Also, they are a Military Veteran Friendly company. The price that was originally quoted was a lot more than expected after showing them the other companies quote they matched the quote but I feel like the service that was received wasn’t what the guy said he was originally was going to do.

It is possible that our original quote was higher because all of the items being serviced or replaced was not the same as the other company's quote, as they could have been doing less or using parts that weren't the same quality. Customer satisfaction is our main goal and working with you on a price that was fair and still proving you with quality parts is what we aim to do. The service the technician provided that you agreed upon was a torsion rebuild which replaced your spring, 3 bearings, 2 drums, cables, torsion tube and provided a warranty. We were pleased to work with you and we're here anytime you need us.

Thank you for the good customer service on Dec 28, ‘21, from the scheduler to the technician, they were polite and courteous. The company stands behind their warranty. I chose garage door repair, that was the closest option for taking this survey. My service, I had a tune up for both doors and a new keypad for 1 door, which was under warranty. Thank you Sean M.

10/10 overall scoring for Precision and for the Tech Sharkey who made our call to your company worthwhile. We had multiple problems for weeks with our temperamental garage doors not opening at times and none of the wireless remote working. I was very surprised we were able to get a Tech out to the house on the same day of my call and with in a few hours had a new, quieter garage opener unit and remotes installed. Sharkey was easy to talk to and explained the potential root cause of the issues, possible lightening strike, and offered great tips on preventative maintenance. Fast response, great customer experience and definitely would refer Precision Garage Doors to anyone needing your service.

I receive excellent service today December 28th 2021. Carlos he did a great job on fixing my garage door he quoted me two hours but he was done in 35 min and the door works perfectly. The Secretary of whom I spoke to when I called for service she was great to, great personality, great spirit. If I need to I will be calling them back if I ever need service again.

I was very disappointed in the price of $640 to replace a broken spring. I ordered the parts from Home Depot for $55.00. This quite is ridiculous.

Thank you for considering Precision to service your garage door. We hate to see we weren't able to work with you and that you felt you received 1 star service from the technician. We completely understand you can buy similar parts from big box stores or online, but they are not the same quality parts we use. The quote that was provided to you included two springs, extension and safety cables and provided you with a warranty. All of the quoted parts were likely not the same as what you were able to purchase and have installed on your door. Second opinions or cheaper options are always recommended, but please make sure you are always comparing each company and or parts equally. Please know that we are always here to help if you need us in the future.

The technician Thomas Bott was timely, friendly and very patient as well as knowledgeable. He took the time to give 3 options and answered all my questions until I understood clearly what needed to be done. He left the decision solely up to me with not an ounce of pressure. This company is one of the best with their Integrity and ethics. From my first phone call to the completion of the job they were pleasant and fast to respond. I will definitely recommend them. Keep employees like Thomas and the nice young lady who scheduled and you should continue in business for as long as you like.
