I was between a rock and a hard place today. I hit the button to raise the garage door and the light came on, the unit clicked and nothing else happened. After checking all that I knew to do, I went online and searched for companies that worked on garage doors. Started a chat with the company. Within an hour of ending the chat, the Tech arrived. Ryan did all of his trouble shooting and nothing helped. I made the decision to replace the opener. He had one on the truck that I liked. Within an hour he had the old one down, the new one up, the remotes reprogrammed and the trash gathered and disposed of. Ryan was very professional in his approach to the situation.
