Love the insulated door. Helps with temperature in the Garage. Also helps with reducing the noise. I can live with the minor ding to the insulation. Weatherstipping doesn't fit correctly - having to go outside and unfold each time I close the door. Also wasn't aware that I would have to patch holes in the ceiling and repaint after the install.

I woke up to a garage door that did not open Saturday morning and my car was stuck inside. I had no one to help me so I went to Trust Dale and was recommended to Precision. I have seen their commercial however I wasn’t sure. I called and was told the next day someone would come. Joseph Huggins called me and came within 25 minutes. He was prompt and professional. He explained how the garage door worked and how he could help. He also told me he could fix the two problems, one hour each. He kept his word and when he was done I felt like crying because I have had the noisy garage for ages. It was like I got a new door. There was no noise; just smooth and easy. Joe was able to fix the spring and put a new door opener( it was badly needed). He patiently walked me through step by step to install the app on my phone and explained how the new system worked. I felt so at ease and reassured. The next day at school I told a coworker about precision because he is having issues with his garage door. I told him Joe explained the pricing and made it simple for me to understand. Thank you Joe and thank you Precision for having valuable, caring and professional people on your staff like Joe. He is the best.

The spring on my large wooden garage door broke. The Precision tech was at my house early the next morning. Special kudos to the Precision tech Kearan Sharkey who consulted with several other techs by phone to install a temporary rig using a partial spring to lift the door so I could get my car out of the garage. Kearan did a great job laying out the options for repair or replacement. Because of the age, deteriorating condition and heavy weight of the door, I am replacing it with a new steel door.
