Our garage door would not open/close properly. Precision responded quickly, arriving the next day to repair/replace the mechanism. 1.5 hours later we had a new quieter mechanism. Technician was very professional, called ahead of time to give us a heads up he would be theee shortly and completed the job without issue. Happy customer!

There are people who come and install an item, however it is the ones that treat the customer as a true customer. They take the time to insure that all is well with installation and operation of the door.

I think the guys who came out did a good job as far as the install went. However, what was suppose to be a opener repair turned into a total door rebuild! I’m not sure if it was needed or not, but how it was presented to me it was what I was told I needed! It was very expensive being $1750 with opener and rebuild. Next time I will use another company

Servicing your door with quality parts can be pricey and we completely understand that, but we will never do work on a door that is approved by the homeowner. The technician does a 25 point inspection and based on that inspection he presents the customer with his findings and recommendations. This process was done for you as well, and you approved the rebuild and motor quote. With your new motor and torsion rebuild, your door will be in working order for a long time, but if you need us, please don't hesitate to call.
