Our garage door broke on Sunday afternoon and we called Precision. The door could not be raised - not even manually and our cars were stuck inside. Someone actually answered the call and a repair person, Chris, showed up as scheduled at 8:30 am on Monday morning. Chris was very polite and identified the problem immediately. It was an expensive repair but he did a great job. We should be good for another ten years!

I had a great experience with Precision Garage Door. I was able to easily schedule an appointment. The technician was very professional and courteous. He explained why certain parts for my garage door needed to be replaced and each step of the repair process which put me at ease. I was very pleased with the whole process. Being able to book online over the weekend and have the operator contact me and tell me he could even come earlier than expected, which worked out perfectly. Chris was the name of the operator that came out, he was very friendly personable knowledge addressed the issue that needed to be addressed presented me with payment options And variety of services. It was a little bit more expensive than I anticipated, but it needed to be fixed and I was satisfied with his knowledge base and ability to correct the problem. I would highly recommend them.
