I do my best to educate my customers on every product we sell and install. I have 3 precious children and a beautiful wife I consider my life partner. When I'm not working, I spend every free moment I have with them in hopes of making wonderful memories for them.

Yes, I called Precision Door Service to give my garage door a check-up. It also had a chewed hole in one corner of the seal at the bottom. I had used Precision Door before for new rollers. I give them 5 stars, I trust them! If and when I need a new door I will call Precision. Dustin Ridge was the technician who came from Precision Door, Justin answered every question I had and checked every movable part on the door. He sprayed all the moving parts and told me it all was working great. I am thoroughly pleased with there service and highly recommend them.

I had Dustin come to my house for a quote on a new motor for my garage door and he explained and showed me why I also needed to replace the springs and bearings and what came with the motor. He was very professional and I was very impressed with his knowledge and experience. I decided to have the work done and he got it all done and cleaned up in about 2 hours. He helped me set up the WiFi app and get it programmed. I would recommend both the company and Dustin and I’m very happy with the product, the warranty and the upgrade on my garage door.

Excellent response time a day after calling with a damaged garage door opener belt to be replaced; I looked into an Amazon belt with simple DIY replacement, but decided to have an expert install it for me for the reasonable cost roughly estimated. Dustin Ridge showed up on time for the repair and easily convinced us that for a little more cost, we could replace the entire garage door opener, which was at least 12 years old, and included the belt and all other new parts! Fabulous reason to have the professionals check the job and estimate the needs for us. As an added bonus, Dustin reprogrammed all of our cars and remotes, changing out troublesome LED bulbs in the openers with older CFL bulbs, which were causing interference with our signals. Amazing advice, professionalism and work from a company we have dealt with since installing our four garage doors back in 2007; we are lifetime clients. Thank you for your excellent service and for employing technicians like Dustin to do the work.

Great company!! I had an emergency where the spring on my garage door broke as I was trying to leave my house. This stranded my car in the garage and me panicking trying to figure out how I was going to get my kids from school. I googled garage door repair companies and Precision was the 1st one to pop up. I called and was told that they could have a technician at my residence between 12 and 4 that same day. I was thrilled but what was even better was that not even 15 minutes after my initial call, the technician called to inform me that he could be at my house in about 20 minutes. When Dustin arrived he was very professional and did an excellent job. He found the problem and fixed it in a timely manner and I was able to pick my kids up on time!! I would definitely recommend Precision to others!!

Called Precision at 9:45 AM to service a broken spring on my garage door. The technician, Dustin, was at my home by noon and had the repair completed by 1:00. Can't ask for more then that !! Great job and fair price! Highly recommend Precision for Garage needs or repairs.

Dustin and Roy came on time as promised and went right to work. They made the installation of the keypad and selling and programming the two new remotes look easy. Dustin programmed my car in 3 minutes and it would have taken me a week trying to read the owners manual and do it. I will call again when I need any repairs or replacements.

I used the chat now option to begin conversations. I was answered promptly and professionally. I was told the expectation and there were no surprises. Within a few hours a tech named Jeremy called to say he was on his way, Jeremy was very professional and was a pleasure to deal with. Good customer service oriented employees are hard to find. I added a keypad to my order and Jeremy did not have the part he said no worries let me make a phone call, within 15 minutes another employee arrived, introduced himself and delivered the part. This is above and beyond customer service as I added this on last minute to my service request. Great job.

Let me first begin with I DON'T OFTEN WRITE OR DO MANY OF THESE UNLESS MOVED TO DO SO!! Second let me extend a thank you to Dustin, George & Paige for making this experience pleasant, issue free and the way business is to be conducted!! For you see, it was Dustin who came back out to recheck and confirm the quote with its correct measurements, equipment needed & necessary to complete the job right (the first time) and correct pricing thus beginning this painless process. Now I must say, this was a simple, all new, single stall, complete garage door system not a complex 3 car stable. Then, as was told, next day Paige called to schedule my timely install. Again due to simplicity I didn't have to wait long, but you understand my point. Lastly comes installation day. Again FLAWLESS. George is the MAN and represents two very important things. 1. DON'T judge a book by its cover!! As a fellow tall, longer bearded and intimidating looking guy, when one takes the time to both put judgement aside and actual pay attention you will see.. 2. he is very nice, a master of his craft, has a methodical process & system by which he works, is efficient and while he himself is quiet, his work speaks volumes and for itself! And his choice in music rocks too. So let me conclude with this. I've waited a week to write this review to have a better overall personal opinion thus far of the new system, its installation, how its held up to the weather as well as its overall performance. I can say as of the date of this post, I am still very pleased with Precision Garage Door, their products and their services. One can only hope this remains true & the relationship continues as such. I actually researched online and found Precision and hesitated to call. A few days later I was looking at TV and saw a commercial. The commercial actually sold me on calling them. I was headed home near my appointment time running late because the traffic and weather was horrible. My daughter was there to allow Dustin to come in and replaced my old unit with a new one. Dustin had completely installed the unit before I got there and he graciously waited for me to get home so that he could program my car to the unit.. He was very thoughtful and very friendly. He made me feel comfortable with the unit I had chosen. This is more than a company, they’re family!! I truly am happy with my purchase and my service. Great customer service and Amazing product!!!
