My name is Dustin. I've been in the garage door business for 4 years now and enjoy every aspect of what I do from customer service to repairs. I do my best to educate my customers on every product we sell and install. I have 3 precious children and a beautiful wife I consider my life partner. When I'm not working, I spend every free moment I have with them in hopes of making wonderful memories for them.

My garage door spring broke on Saturday. I called later that day and was able to get an appointment for Monday morning. As promised Dustin call when he was 30 minutes away and arrived on time. Back in 2012, replacement of an old wooden garage door was done by Precision. Over the weekend, the spring broke. Called on Saturday, and tech Dustin was here on Monday morning. Great customer service! Dustin had the job completed in no time! He's a great tech with a wonderful personality! He answered all my questions, and explained exactly what needed to be done. Our door was having issues & I called this morning to schedule a repair. I was told that Dustin would be in my area between 10 & 2 today & would call me when he was heading my way, which he did.
