Used you before in 2018 for a total rebuild. This time after a power surge he noticed extra work that was very important and saved us from future damage! Tech was good, on time, knowledgeable, and went straight to work. As explained to me on the phone, there is a service call fee waived if work is completed. The only reason I approved the work is because if this fee. We will NEVER (EVER) use your service again. We’re very disappointed with the cost given the very small amount of material/parts replaced and the very little amount of labor that was required. You could have charged half of what we paid and still been very profitable. You will never hear from us again and we will never recommend your service to anyone

Precision Door was so quick, easy and efficient. Saturday night my garage door spring and cables broke and Precision Door was there at 10:30 am Sunday morning. Not only did they fix it, but the fix made the door much quieter and will last so much longer.

Like most problems, they occur at the worst moment. At 5:00am my garage door wouldn’t open due to a broken spring. Having seen the commercials for Precision Garage Door I quickly looked online and found they have representatives available 24/7 to answer my call. They were able to send a technician out that morning. Jeremy was very professional in making sure the repairs have my garage door working problem free.

He also found another problem with regard to the link to the motor and I purchased the equipment to ensure the alignment was corrected. So pleased and giddy that my car is free again! A spring broke on the garage door around 5:00pm yesterday and the spring has been replaced and I’m back in business. Calling for service was super easy even after 5pm. Around 9pm I noticed an email confirmation had come that I failed to see earlier and it had the wrong appt time. To my surprise, it said they will answer the phone 24/7 so I called. The original rep noticed she hit the wrong time too and had already fixed it, but I was so glad someone answered the phone so I wouldn’t wonder about the actual time of the appt. Jeremy showed up during the appt window and was super friendly and fast! Perfect experience. And to boot, springs were still under warranty (they were 5.5 years old) which was a pleasant surprise.
