Made me feel comfortable with asking about a second one even though I could get a garage door opener form Lowe's or Home depot with all the bells a whistles at a lower price . My point is sometimes good service is priceless

Our technician Thomas did a good job installing our new garage door opener. But for the money we spent I think he should have set up the program for running the opener from your phone. He told us that he would have to charge a set up fee if he did it. He even mentioned that he’s done so many of them it was easy for him. A little ridiculous when your spending over $1600

I think the guys who came out did a good job as far as the install went. However, what was suppose to be a opener repair turned into a total door rebuild! I’m not sure if it was needed or not, but how it was presented to me it was what I was told I needed! It was very expensive being $1750 with opener and rebuild. Next time I will use another company

Servicing your door with quality parts can be pricey and we completely understand that, but we will never do work on a door that is approved by the homeowner. The technician does a 25 point inspection and based on that inspection he presents the customer with his findings and recommendations. This process was done for you as well, and you approved the rebuild and motor quote. With your new motor and torsion rebuild, your door will be in working order for a long time, but if you need us, please don't hesitate to call.

I was standing at the front of my daughters house and saw the truck with your sign, so I took the number and called, I explained the problem with my garage door to the person who answered the call. She explained to me how to get a technician to go the house and I made an appointment. The technician called me close to getting then his second call was to inform me of the problem and how it could be taken care of, I agreed and he performed the task and let me know when he was finished.

Good service call, but few things you need to pay attemtion to, technician did not ask me how the position of the openers on my wall , i want them in what order? He chose it without asking me, and the second opener, glass shows some dirt inside of it , or some dots that i cannot remove. Thanks

Michael was on time and professional. The was not as familiar with my Overhead Door unit as the brand Precision sells but he called a friend who was. Unfortunately the friend was unavailable so we didn’t get my wife’s phone connected but he did connect my Homelink in my car and the annual maintenance was done quickly. He also had the brochures I had requested on new doors. I am satisfied with my new garage door company (so long Overhead Door) and look forward to our new relationship for years to come.

We had just had the springs on our garage door replaced in July. The door squeaked terribly afterward. I saw an ad in the Local Flavor magazine for noisy garage door silenced for $89.00. Although, that offer was not what was needed at our home. The technician was knowable and diagnosed and did a total overhaul on the moving components that opened our door. It was expensive and more than I had budget for. Overall I am satisfied so far.

Responsive and dependable. Shaun showed up on time and was very professional. No pressure on the sale after performing some maintenance on our door. We did decide to replace the old opener to ensure we did not have an issue down the road. Cost was a couple hundred higher than what you might get with others, but appreciate the professional install.

It is hard to accept that within 3 years we would have to spend $2000 across 3 separate “major” repair visits. Considering the original equipment was 12 years old it was time to replace the system ... springs and opener. But the one bit of advice I offer and recommend is that when you customer has an above average, “oversized”, heavy door — counsel that customer that they need a tune up every 1-2 years due to the size and weight of the door. Because after spending $1700 for equipment and labor ... finding out you need a tuneup just 15 months later is a REALLY hard pill to swallow. The service is good and professional. But still a tough thing to handle.

Very professional and courteous service. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was due to the long wait for installation. It was explained due to the pandemic there would be a delay. I wasn’t expecting a 2 month delay. Other that the delay I was completely satisfied. Thank you
