We had just had the springs on our garage door replaced in July. The door squeaked terribly afterward. I saw an ad in the Local Flavor magazine for noisy garage door silenced for $89.00. Although, that offer was not what was needed at our home. The technician was knowable and diagnosed and did a total overhaul on the moving components that opened our door. It was expensive and more than I had budget for. Overall I am satisfied so far.

Responsive and dependable. Shaun showed up on time and was very professional. No pressure on the sale after performing some maintenance on our door. We did decide to replace the old opener to ensure we did not have an issue down the road. Cost was a couple hundred higher than what you might get with others, but appreciate the professional install.

It is hard to accept that within 3 years we would have to spend $2000 across 3 separate “major” repair visits. Considering the original equipment was 12 years old it was time to replace the system ... springs and opener. But the one bit of advice I offer and recommend is that when you customer has an above average, “oversized”, heavy door — counsel that customer that they need a tune up every 1-2 years due to the size and weight of the door. Because after spending $1700 for equipment and labor ... finding out you need a tuneup just 15 months later is a REALLY hard pill to swallow. The service is good and professional. But still a tough thing to handle.

Fabio was excellent. He explained things well and was very thorough in his work. The only reason I did not rate 5 stars was because some of the repair item prices seemed high. The separate quote for the high lift door also seemed high The tune up price was a good value.

Excellent service & very professional technician, Victor. He was very thorough on inspection of both garage doors. Specific requirement was to replace garage door remote which he did on the spot. He also provided estimates on options to be considered on future needs of equipment due to age. Only concern was the price of the new remote, which I consider excessive-$79 for remote + $99 for programming it which took a max of 30 seconds. I will still seriously consider Precision for future business.

Tommy was professional and courteous, and he worked quickly. He was there when he said he would be, and he gave me options without a hard-sell. I mean, my garage door opens and closes now, so I'd say I'm happy with the work. The only things that would have made it 5 stars instead of 4 are: 1) I would have liked a "same-day" appointment like it advertised on the web site, and 2) Tommy noticed some other things that needed replacing while he was doing his inspection, and those repairs (if I had opted to have them done) drove the price up by more than 4 times the original price quoted. If changing the springs had only been an extra $100 or so, I would have opted to have that done, as well. I thought an extra $300 was a lot of money to ask to change out the springs and pulleys since he was already out there replacing the lift cords.

Repairman called ahead and was earlier than he expected. Was thorough and did a good job, Would have given a 5 except that I had a $249 charge for a hung door, which I thought was a little high.

After having an inspection done (including roller replacement) and new openers installed 11 months ago at a cost of nearly $1200, the last thing I expected was to pay another $1000 for spring replacement. I was hoping that the loud noise the doors were making would be covered under the 1 year warranty. Having said that, the spring replacement work was done professionally.

There were some minor mishaps when my doors were initially installed. When the correct panels came in the young man Fred, completed the service. Fred did an awesome job!
