Prompt service call (2days), prompt repair for battery replacement (20minutes). Precision service was great. I should raise hell with LiftMaster for 'easily' directing me, in the Elite Series User Guide, to the cause of why I was hearing a ping every 30 seconds ... battery needed replacement ... BUT not where the battery was or how to get one just in case I wanted TRY to replace it myself. My service technician was the perfect person to replace the battery in the LiftMaster. THANKS

Within minutes of calling Precision I had an appointment scheduled for the following morning. The Technician arrived on time, assessed the repair, provided a very fair estimate for the repair work and completed the repair. Allen was great with installing our new lfitmaster garage opener. We went with the 3/4 hp opener for our two car garage. Allen was thorough with the installation and making sure the opener was working properly. Our old opener was 15 years old. We also had to change the outside and inside the garage keypad. All is working well.
