I called. You sent a repairman, Chris, out to our home within 2 hours. He assessed the problem within 3 minutes. He showed me the problem. He fixed it and left within 5 minutes. Easy breezy. Very thankful for such great customer service!

Periodically had difficulty when operating my garage door. The Technician, Jack, went above and beyond when providing customer service. Not only was my door repaired, but I was so impressed with the company, I decided to purchase a new door. Jack you set the bar high in delivering customer service. They sent an experienced tech who arrived on time. At the very beginning of the service window. Not his first rodeo he installed a new motor, rail for an 8' double door, a key pad and new control pad in an hour. Replacing a 22 year old system. Quiet and reliable with lots of updated features. We're very pleased!

Thank you for a job well done and done quickly. It's never fun on a Sunday when the spring breaks on your garage door. But I called Precision and was greeted on the phone by an actual human being who was incredibly friendly and professional. The repair was scheduled for the next morning. The technician, Chris, was incredibly friendly and tolerant of my two dogs who wanted to help. He walked me through what had happened and explained thoroughly what needed to be replaced and repaired. He was incredibly professional and courteous and I couldn't be happier with the service that I received.

We will forever use Precision Garage Door Service. Our garage door springs stopped working on a Sunday with the car inside and the door jammed shut. Wouldn’t open manually. I was frantic as we had family to pick up at 7 in the evening at the airport. Scotty, our technician, was knowledgeable and efficient. The truck was stocked with all the parts needed for the repair. This review is for the Sales Process as I have not yet had the “service” part of relationship. I typically hate the sales part because folks can be pushy and/or deceptive. My sales rep was JackGarnham. He was a great representative of this company. From the moment he got out of his truck he was focused on the uniqueness of my driveway and Garage. He took the extra time to ensure that he fully understood all of the challenges associated with a successful project. He was curious, intelligent, and kind! It is my hope that the install part of the project will be just as satisfying…Jack set a very high bar!

You guys did some work for my son-in-lawi in Snellville and I called him first. He gave me your info and I called you and within five minutes or so, your technician arrived. My technician, Aaron arrived in about five minutes or so and went to work right away. Aaron did a great job installing a new motor and all the fixings that goes with it and now my door is working great and a lot quieter than before. I chose Precision because they did a great job servicing our door last year. When it started acting up recently, I called and got an appt right away. It turned out to be a very minor "owner inflicted" problem and they didn't even charge me for the service call. The tech was very nice and professional. I would definitely use them again.

I went online to find an garage door opener installer, and Precision is the first one to come up, so I decided to call and get an estimate, the person was so nice and helpful, I decided go with them, 2 days later they came out to put the opener on, the guy was so nice and helpful, he fixed any problems we had, he had my opener put up in no time at all.
