I am a returning customer to Precision Garage doors and I can say that they meet and exceed my expectations every time. The tech who came to my home today is named Dustin and he was very professional and personable when he arrived. After he assessed what was to be done and what he recommended without any pressure to do all that he suggested, and what would be beneficial in the long run. He immediately began work and was done in a rather quick amount of time but, all that he stated that I needed he completed. I would refer Dustin to anyone that I know who needs a garage repair. Service technician contacted me when he was on the way to my home. He was professional, courteous and efficient! He watched my garage door cycle once and diagnosed the problem! A piece of metal was rubbing on the track and causing a noise. He quickly repaired the metal and the noise was gone! Total time at my hose was less than 10 minutes. I couldn't be happier!

I had a great experience with Precision Garage Door. I was able to easily schedule an appointment. The technician was very professional and courteous. He explained why certain parts for my garage door needed to be replaced and each step of the repair process which put me at ease. It made me feel like he wasn't to include unnecessary repairs to try to take advantage of the situation. I would highly recommend them and I will use them again if needed.

I had previously used a different company for maintenance and repairs about a year ogo, and I was not pleased with the service or the cost, so I decided to call Precision Garage Door Service this time because one of my garage doors had broken, they responded quite quickly from the initial phone call to the arrival of the technician, Chris was his first name, he was very professional and experienced, he worked diligently and explained the reason of the door malfunction and what was needed to get it fix, I am happy and pleased with his work, my garage door runs like new again. I found you though trustdale since new to the area. You were able to come out the day you contacted me. I just moved into my new house and the garage doors didn't work, impossible to open. The movers had placed boxes to close to the door but we were able to move the boxes and the tech returned later that day to replace the springs. The other door is needing to be replace which I plan on doing at a later date giving me time to clear out the garage.

Alex was very polite, professional, and informative. He called ahead of time to let me know that he might be arriving close to the later time or a little late. He called when he was on the way and arrived on time. He explained everything while showing me the areas that needed repair. I reviewed my options, and he provided me with each option's cost before work began. Repairs were made in a timely manner. Alex reviewed everything the work that was done and asked if I had any questions. Also, it was easy to make an appointment online. I called on Saturday with a garage door opener that would not open. Was told that they could get me taken care of on Saturday....Saturday just after 9:00AM I received a call from Precision's technicians telling me he was on the way to our home. He showed up shortly and proceeded to determine what the problem was, quoted me options, I made my selection of options for repair and he proceeded to very promptly and professionally take care of the repair that I had ordered. He then proceeded to service and adjust my garage door and then cleaned up his tools and handed me the bill for his work. Very nice young man, very knowledgeable and professional in his repair process. We had used Precision Garage Door Service 4 1/2 years ago when we purchased the door in question and would use them again if the need ever arises.
