Today I experienced an issue with my garage door and had no clue what was going on. I called Precision to come out assess the situation and give me a quote for fixing the door. They immediately recognized the issue, and had all of the tools necessary for repair on hand to fix the issue right there on the spot. Shannon Webster was my technician, he talked me through the repair process and cost and got the door repaired in a timely fashion. I’d highly recommend this company to anyone that may be experiencing garage door issues.

Once again I called Precision Garage Door and once again they came through for me. Whether I’m calling for an issue or because I need a new remote, Precision comes out same day. I spent about 1500 dollars with you guys one year ago. Y’all replaced everything but the door itself. Today the spring rod came out of the wall. Chris should up, recognized the problem, fixed everything and warranted it. I am so happy that it went that well. I've used Precision in the past for a new motherboard for my opener so when the door was broken by someone trying to gain entry I naturally called them again. I was afraid I would need a new garage door. I called them at 1:00 and they said they would come between 4:00 & 8:00 the same day. I was delighted as same day service is rarely available these days. I received a call at 2:20 saying they were 20 minutes from my house and asked if they could come early. Of course!! David & Shawn arrived around 2:45, assessed the damage and said the door was repairable. Told them to give me a price. In a few minutes they had two options for me - one to just repair the damage and the other to repair damage and replace the motor which was around 20 years old. I took the second option and they got to work. By 4:00 they were finished, paid and gone. The guys were freindly, honest when giving me options for repair and just really nice. Hopefully I won't need your services again but will recommend Precision Garage Door Opener Repair to everyone I know.
