Our garage door would not open/close properly. Precision responded quickly, arriving the next day to repair/replace the mechanism. 1.5 hours later we had a new quieter mechanism. Technician was very professional, called ahead of time to give us a heads up he would be theee shortly and completed the job without issue. Happy customer!

The doors are beautiful. They give a whole new feel to the garage and beautiful look to our home. Joseph is to commended for his customer service skills. There are people who come and install an item, however it is the ones that treat the customer as a true customer.
