Alex Cone was on time and very professional. Garage door tune up for $125.00 per door was much higher than I expected. Without the option of a Senior Citizen discount for an existing customer, and a coupon for new customers only, was very disappointing. Again, Alex was wonderful and telephone customer service was excellent.

The PG technician, Justin, was able to diagnose the problem plus evaluate that there was also another problem. He had spare parts on his truck and was able to fix both issues quickly. Prompt service call (2days), prompt repair for battery replacement (20minutes). Precision service was great. I should raise hell with LiftMaster for 'easily' directing me, in the Elite Series User Guide, to the cause of why I was hearing a ping every 30 seconds ... battery needed replacement ... BUT not where the battery was or how to get one just in case I wanted TRY to replace it myself. My service technician was the perfect person to replace the battery in the LiftMaster. THANKS
