I had seen Precision Garage Door on a WSB TV interview. My garage door had broken and I decided to try them. They came within 2 hrs. if my call! Completely overhauled the garage door springs and bearings. They gave me multiple discounts to help with the cost of repairs which was very thoughtful and helpful. Shaun Sewell was the technician that was so knowledgeable and friendly. He was a great person to work with and I would request him again for any future service. They solved my problem, met my expectations and would recommend Precision Door and use them again without a doubt!

Your employees were very courteous and customer centric, which stood out during my interactions with both Juan (the initial technician) and Victor who came back to fix my issue a day later. Both Juan and Victor were very personable and professional gentlemen. After Juan visited to resolve my garage door issue yesterday, there was a lot of vibration coming from the motor after he left so I contacted him the following day to come back and take a second look at it. His response was great and another tech (Victor) who was in the area came back just a few hours later. Victor was equally great. However, what really stood out during both interactions is how hungry both techs were to try to get the upsell. While your company may think that’s great to hear, it could be a turn off to customers. I understand that there is value to an upsell, but it seems that your techs in this instance were programmed to push for the purchase of a new motor - even though my current motor was functioning just fine prior to my service call. As it turned out, a piece of rubber had gotten stuck in the gears of the motor during installation of the new belt that I had just paid for. Look, I’m okay with an upsell, but if I did not push back a bit, I could have easily been on the hook. Thanks for listening!

I found Precision online. When I called and spoke to a nice lady…she listened to my situation, explained the company policy and gave me a time for the service. It was not the best of time for me but I took it and said if the service man could come any sooner to please call me. And Jack the service man did call me, earlier. He was very nice, explained everything and he did a great job. Due to a small logistical problem he had to return the next morning and he did and finished the job.
