We were very pleased with Daniel, our technician and with the company. I called this morning and he came out this afternoon. Was very thorough and went through all of the options available to repair our garage door without putting pressure on us to choose the most expensive option. Technician was highly knowledgable, very professional and explained thoroughly what the issues were with our garage door system (broken springs, crumbling cable, old rollers plus an aging opener) and what our options were to address them. Everything that was needed to refresh our system was on his truck. The new parts were installed quickly and door opening and closing is now whisper-quiet! This is one less worry for us to have for many years to come!

Our garage door would not open/close properly. Precision responded quickly, arriving the next day to repair/replace the mechanism. 1.5 hours later we had a new quieter mechanism. The spring on my large wooden garage door broke. The Precision tech was at my house early the next morning. Special kudos to the Precision tech Kearan Sharkey who consulted with several other techs by phone to install a temporary rig using a partial spring to lift the door so I could get my car out of the garage. Kearan did a great job laying out the options for repair or replacement. Because of the age, deteriorating condition and heavy weight of the door, I am replacing it with a new steel door.

The Company’s name was provided to me by the manufacturer of our door unit. They were right with their selection. Precision Door had a technician to my door within an hour… something unheard of these day. The Company and technician, Sean, were very knowledgeable, friendly, and very professional.
