Our garage door would not open/close properly. Precision responded quickly, arriving the next day to repair/replace the mechanism. 1.5 hours later we had a new quieter mechanism. Technician was very professional, called ahead of time to give us a heads up he would be theee shortly and completed the job without issue. Happy customer!

The spring on my large wooden garage door broke. The Precision tech was at my house early the next morning. Special kudos to the Precision tech Kearan Sharkey who consulted with several other techs by phone to install a temporary rig using a partial spring to lift the door so I could get my car out of the garage. Kearan did a great job laying out the options for repair or replacement. Because of the age, deteriorating condition and heavy weight of the door, I am replacing it with a new steel door.

The Company’s name was provided to me by the manufacturer of our door unit. They were right with their selection. Precision Door had a technician to my door within an hour… something unheard of these day. The Company and technician, Sean, were very knowledgeable, friendly, and very professional. They provided me with 3 options to correct my garage door, and I did not feel pressured into any one solution. I highly regard Precision Door.

The repair was 4 times higher than what I had expected. We just had a broken spring which, according to my Internet search, should only cost a couple hundred dollars to repair. However, after looking at our door the technician said it was in need of a total makeover because of its age. I decided to go with what he was saying because our doors are 20+ years old, but I can’t help but wonder if I made a mistake and was taken advantage of especially given the fact that the guy finished the “total redo” in just half an hour. The final bill came to over $1,000! I will put this review on other social media sites as well soon.

Amount paid for the visit of the technician of 59 dollars did not meet my expectations. What had been requested for repair on the phone, the technician did not agree to do, which would be the exchange of the belt that closes the gate. I was provided with the information that we would have to change the entire instruction, which I did not agree with.

We appreciate you speaking with our service manager about your experience and we hope his explanation regarding your belt was satisfactory along with the refund provided. As he explained, the technician didn't refuse to only replace your belt. The fact that we couldn't provide a warranty on something that we know will continuously break because the springs also needed to be replaced, is the part you didn't agree with. We respect your decision to not do what was recommended with the springs and belt, but we hope you now understand why we couldn't provide the warranty. If you have further questions, please don't hesitate to call.

In a word, Andres was perfect. Goes out of his way to patiently explain each and every recommendation, repair and ongoing preventative maintenance. I would recommend this company to anyone needing garage door services and/or purchase. From the salesperson to the installer both were helpful. They were informative, knowledgeable displayed the highest measure of professionalism. I was not happy with having to buy a new door, but the Precision team made it less painful with their superb customer service.

I had to get one of my garage door lifts fixed. And right from booking the appointment to having someone come over was easy and efficient. Thomas Botts was the technician who came and not only did he explain what the issue was, he also provided options and recommendations. Never did he force what should be done and left the entire decision to me. What I really liked was that he was prepared to address any option and get it resolved right there and then, rather than having another appointment to come and address the issue. Thomas did a terrific job in getting the work done and spent enough time to ensure the job was done well and even provide all the post work information. The price was fair and quality of the work was great! Highly recommend this business and Thomas!

I’m super happy with the services from the company. I called them for a issue with my garage door and they were able to send across an expert next day morning. We had Shaun come over and take a look at issue and he did a complete inspection/ diagnosis in like 15 mins and explained everything there is about garage doors and spring system. We did a torsion rebuild package and the whole thing was completed in an hour or so. They also have pretty good warranty packages. Happy costumer.
