We are very satisfied with the service and performance of the technician Ed, that came out to our soon to be new dream home! We have a 3 car garage that needed to be inspected and also looked at our other 4 car garage to make sure everything was okay. Ed knew his job very well and answered every question I had or concern. Very upbeat personality and you can tell he loves his job. We are very impressed by his work. Ed took care of us and installed 3 new motors and made sure they were working properly before the job

We did discuss this with the technician and he states a quote for the work was given so it could be approved before the work was started and after the work was completed, he stated the two of you discussed how much better the door was operating. We do understand you feel like the time frame was not long enough for the price you agreed upon, but the technician is experienced and is able to perform his job faster than someone that is newer to the door industry. He did a tune up on your motor and door, both of which are separate items and prices. We do appreciate your business and we are happy we could help with your door needs. We had just had the springs on our garage door replaced in July. The door squeaked terribly afterward. I saw an ad in the Local Flavor magazine for noisy garage door silenced for $89.00. Although, that offer was not what was needed at our home. The technician was knowable and diagnosed and did a total overhaul on the moving components that opened our door. It was expensive and more than I had budget for. Overall I am satisfied so far.
