Lightning zapped our garage door openers. Called Precision the next morning and they sent Ryan just two days later. He went right to work and had both openers replaced and programmed in less than 21/2 hours. Ryan explained the operations thoroughly and assured me that Precision was there for me if I had any questions. I would definitely call Precision again.

Great service - highly recommend!!! The woman who answered my call was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I was given an appointment within 2 days which was fine with me. The assigned tech Joe found himself running a bit behind but kept me informed of his arrival time. He too was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He took time to explain my problems and the multiple solutions. Then he went to work and did an awesome job on my garage door. I could not be happier with the results. Again, I absolutely recommend Precision Door of Atlanta and if you get Joe you will be lucky like me.

I was standing at the front of my daughters house and saw the truck with your sign, so I took the number and called, I explained the problem with my garage door to the person who answered the call. She explained to me how to get a technician to go the house and I made an appointment. The technician called me close to getting then his second call was to inform me of the problem and how it could be taken care of, I agreed and he performed the task and let me know when he was finished.

They were on the vendor list for approved companies by Wells Fargo. It was more expensive than home depot but less chaotic. He was on time and had garage door installed within 2 hours. Glad I got my money's worth.
