You must use Precision for your garage door service. Made an appointment and was serviced the same day. Shaun knows his stuff and made all the right recommendations to get us exactly what we needed. A garage door doesn’t last forever, and after 20 years ours needed many new parts! DONE and finishes in an hour. Quiet and Smooth. Happy Anniversary to my wife! Ha.

Awesome service by Joe and Jeremy! 5 Stars to a fantastic customer experience today. The original problem was a broken spring and after looking over the old motor we decided to upgrade. Joe gave very detailed pricing and explained exactly what he was doing. He checked in periodically and educated us on the features on the new system. When our garage door stopped working, we googled service companies to find some reputable ones nearby. Precision Door Service were very highly rated and we ventured to call them. Shaun, the service tech, was excellent. The team was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. The service response was very prompt and quick, and the repairs were performed on the spot, which allowed us to use the garage door the same day. We are very happy that we found this company and we will use them again for further maintenance or repairs. We highly recommend them.

Had both my garage door and belt drive opener installed. Estimation, appointment and installation were done in a timely and professional manner, as I was explained. Smooth install and cleanup, reinforcing that the employees knew what they were doing!! We knew we had an issue with the garage door when I saw some rust on the spring. Hoped it was just in need of some oil and a tune up and we wanted a new battery for the power failure feature. Shaun was right on time and did a total check. Turns out that the original garage door opener system that was installed in our townhouse in Academy Park included a spring that was not rated correctly for the weight of a double garage door. This was causing a great deal of stress on the entire system, including the expensive opener that we had bought 5 years ago. Shaun explained the issues he found and what he could do to remediate them. No hard sell. Just options and costs. We chose to do everything he recommended and the end result is terrific. It is even quieter than before (a Liftmaster system is hugely quieter than the builder grade one that we replaced a few years ago) and now is so well counterbalanced that we can lift the double door with fingers, if ever we need to do so. The system runs much more smoothly and sounds better. I do my homework before hiring any contractor. These guys are highly reviewed and do have a super BBB rating. We are very happy we found them and are going to post them as a trusted contractor on the Academy Park website. Thanks Shaun!

Remote access via my and my wife's cell phones was not working due to a new router. Service took about 1 and 1/2 hrs to complete. The person doing the work was very patient and had to try several different approaches and ultimately had to install a new device to complete the process. My only issue was with the cost! Over $200 just because we installed a new router. Additionally, my concern is will this happen again should we change routers in the future? Again, the service person tried several approaches and stuck with it until it was working.
