The technician was very polite and very knowledgeable about the mechanics of the door springs. He checked everything and gave three different quotes. I got the cheapest one which gave me 1 year warranty. He made the job very quickly and so far the garage door is working very well.

I selected a deal from Angie's List to check my garage door as I had been having difficulty opening it with the clicker. (Also, it made a few noises that I didn't think were normal.) Yesterday Kevin from Precision came in response to my purchase. He was personable, knowledgeable, thorough and courteous. He took the time to explain several maintenance items to me in understandable terms. In short, I can now use my remote to open the door, the noise is gone and I am very satisfied with the service. I would rate your company #5 for these reasons.

Kevin knew what he was doing, lubed rollers, replaced front pulleys, realigned the tracks, and increased tension on the springs to raise the door more easily. My old back can handle the door now! Many thanks!

Our technician was Mark saw the problem right away and knew exactly what needed to be replaced. Our springs, rollers and pulleys were in need of upgrading and he promptly replaced everything in expert time. He went above and beyond to check the door and make sure everything was working properly and even checked the sensors for our doors. It was quality work and I am sure we will use Precision again when our second door needs it.

Kevin called ahead and showed up right on schedule. He was professional and knowledgeable of their products and provided various options and costs for all different types of work. I ended up getting the springs and the bearing plates replaced with Precision Door Service even though my garage door opener was the problem. I requested the cost and installation of the garage door opener and the price was out of my price range. I asked Kevin's professional opinion to see if that's something I could do myself since I am pretty handy with cars and computers, he actually told me the truth that I could do it myself if I had 3 hours (I ended up spending 2.5 hrs to install the garage door opener myself). I definitely recommend Precision Door Service! And if you can get Kevin as your Service Tech, that's a definitely a plus since he knows his stuff.
