Very disappointed with the service, the charge for someone to come out is way too high and they charge way to much for repair that does not need to be done. I would not recommend the service.

Diana, We are sorry you had a bad experience with Dustin. I understand from talking with my staff that your bad experience had more to do with the finance company than with Precision. Please understand that Precision facilitates the Finance company for our customers to utilize but has no authorization to call on your behalf. The finance company has changed their procedures on how they approve transactions and we were not aware of the situation that you were having until after you called our main office. Please accept our apologies on their behalf and we hope to be able to earn your business in the future.

Dustin called me shortly after I called Precision. The spring broke on my garage door over the weekend and I was pleased that there was no long wait to repair the door. I called precision door after i attempted to contact my formwr service provider 3 times and never received a response. I say former because Precision has definitely gained a new customer. Their response was extremely quick After calling precision, i received an email and phone confirmation and a technician came to my residence and had my garage door fixed all within less than 3 hours of my initial call. David was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and even gave recommendations to ensure i properly maintained my garage door. I will definitelY return for any of my service needs and recommend to my friends.

I have used Precision for almost a year now. Each person they send out have been able to identify the problem and then fix it. Our doors were originally installed by someone incorrectly.
