We are very pleased with our new carriage style garage doors. They like look even better than we expected, and we are glad we chose Precision. The design tool really helped in the selection of the style and color to complement our home. All went smoothly from the initial quote thru the installation. Tech showed up prepared and was very knowledgeable. He came prepared to work and knocked out 2 doors with openers in about 4 1/2 hours. Install was very clean and professional. Doors worked perfectly. Would definitely recommend Precision to anyone looking to install new doors or openers.

Our techs were professional and friendly and they provided fast service and replacement of the rollers. Our garage door was making a loud popping sound when it was raised. While they were inspection our problem door they noticed a couple of big problems on the second door. So, they repaired both doors and lubricated all of the hinges. They did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone in need of garage door work!

Waited 3 days because I requested a specific technician. The technician I requested was not sent. The one that was sent spent the 1st 20 minutes sitting in his truck to work up estimates to the tune of over $1100 instead of focusing on fixing what I needed done. Would not recommend and would not use again. No communication as to what was wrong with the opener. No personality. Was polite but that is it. Had to text him to find out what he was doing sitting in his truck.

Your request for a specific technician was noted on the appointment, but the name of the technician wasn't in the notes so when the job was dispatched, it was given to the technician in your area. We certainly could have sent the technician out that you wanted, had we known who to send. As for the technician sitting in the truck, he was writing up your estimate in the heat as it was cold outside. When our employees come to your home, they are required to do a 25 point inspection on your door and tell you all of the things currently wrong, or advise you on what might be an issue for you in the future. They are to present their findings and recommendations to the customer in case they want to proceed with those issues as well as the initial problem they were called out for. If he didn't communicate what he was doing clearly enough to you, we do apologize for that. Our service manager has tried to call you to discuss this with you over the phone, so please reach back out to him if you would like to discuss this further.

I was very disappointed in the price of $640 to replace a broken spring. I ordered the parts from Home Depot for $55.00. This quite is ridiculous.

Thank you for considering Precision to service your garage door. We hate to see we weren't able to work with you and that you felt you received 1 star service from the technician. We completely understand you can buy similar parts from big box stores or online, but they are not the same quality parts we use. The quote that was provided to you included two springs, extension and safety cables and provided you with a warranty. All of the quoted parts were likely not the same as what you were able to purchase and have installed on your door. Second opinions or cheaper options are always recommended, but please make sure you are always comparing each company and or parts equally. Please know that we are always here to help if you need us in the future.

I think the guys who came out did a good job as far as the install went. However, what was suppose to be a opener repair turned into a total door rebuild! I’m not sure if it was needed or not, but how it was presented to me it was what I was told I needed! It was very expensive being $1750 with opener and rebuild. Next time I will use another company

Servicing your door with quality parts can be pricey and we completely understand that, but we will never do work on a door that is approved by the homeowner. The technician does a 25 point inspection and based on that inspection he presents the customer with his findings and recommendations. This process was done for you as well, and you approved the rebuild and motor quote. With your new motor and torsion rebuild, your door will be in working order for a long time, but if you need us, please don't hesitate to call.

Love the insulated door. Helps with temperature in the Garage. Also helps with reducing the noise. I can live with the minor ding to the insulation. Weatherstipping doesn't fit correctly - having to go outside and unfold each time I close the door. Also wasn't aware that I would have to patch holes in the ceiling and repaint after the install.

My wife loved Juan. We have had ongoing problems. He explained why. The fix was not cheap. We have seven years (the warranty time) to see if the fix works. So far the wide is pleased with the reduction in noise and no fear of a spring breaking and landing on her vehicle. Happy wife, happy life. BTW, another company we originally called was four days out. Precision came out the next day.

Doors are a perfect color and the obscure glass windows are even prettier than expected. Fred was our installer. He was excellent!
