Michael was on time and starting inspecting right away. I called for a broken spring, but decided to replace my older opener. Michael took his time and gave me a few options that I felt were fair. He went right to work and completed the install in a timely manner. We were very happy with the service we received and will recommend you to anyone.

Chris Baxter the technician was professional and knowledgeable. After a complete inspection of my garage door he had recommendations for repair but also pointed out possible problems that could arise in the future. No pressure, no pushing to purchase, just an honest result of his knowledge of the industry. I took his advice and decided to replace an aging door. I feel Kris gave me every price advantage available. I'm pleased with the purchase of my new garage door package and will recommend Precision Door Service to anyone that would ask.

Chris was extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of garage doors and garage door motors! He spoke with confidence and definitely knew what he was talking about! Chris did not try to oversell me on any product or parts. He explain to me exactly what I needed and how long each part would last me. Chris left it up to me to pick the upgrades that I wanted, if any, with no pressure at all. It was an excellent experience, and I would definitely recommend Precision doors to anyone that is in the market for a new garage door or even a repair.

We had 2 doors + openers replaced and are very pleased with our experience with Precision Door Service. We considered multiple companies to replace our 2 doors and openers and are so glad that we chose Precision; from the initial on-site visit, answering follow up questions and scheduling the install, the confirmation from the office, all the way through the installation, we were given top quality service. Thank you Orion for the initial consultation and patiently answering all our questions, thank you Rick for a fantastic install! Honestly I'm stunned at our new doors... I keep going back into the garage just to admire them, and- not kidding- I genuinely look forward to each time I get to open/close them. My wife loved Juan. We have had ongoing problems. He explained why. The fix was not cheap. We have seven years (the warranty time) to see if the fix works. So far the wide is pleased with the reduction in noise and no fear of a spring breaking and landing on her vehicle. Happy wife, happy life. BTW, another company we originally called was four days out. Precision came out the next day.
