Michael was on time and starting inspecting right away. I called for a broken spring, but decided to replace my older opener. Michael took his time and gave me a few options that I felt were fair. He went right to work and completed the install in a timely manner. We were very happy with the service we received and will recommend you to anyone.

Chris Baxter the technician was professional and knowledgeable. After a complete inspection of my garage door he had recommendations for repair but also pointed out possible problems that could arise in the future. No pressure, no pushing to purchase, just an honest result of his knowledge of the industry. I took his advice and decided to replace an aging door. Chris was extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of garage doors and garage door motors! He spoke with confidence and definitely knew what he was talking about! Chris did not try to oversell me on any product or parts. He explain to me exactly what I needed and how long each part would last me. Chris left it up to me to pick the upgrades that I wanted, if any, with no pressure at all. It was an excellent experience, and I would definitely recommend Precision doors to anyone that is in the market for a new garage door or even a repair.

We had 2 doors + openers replaced and are very pleased with our experience with Precision Door Service. We considered multiple companies to replace our 2 doors and openers and are so glad that we chose Precision; from the initial on-site visit, answering follow up questions and scheduling the install, the confirmation from the office, all the way through the installation, we were given top quality service. Thank you Orion for the initial consultation and patiently answering all our questions, thank you Rick for a fantastic install! Honestly I'm stunned at our new doors... I keep going back into the garage just to admire them, and- not kidding- I genuinely look forward to each time I get to open/close them. Our previous doors were unreliable and a complete spectacle to operate, like a mini earthquake. Our new doors are INSANELY quiet and graceful and look fantastic. Thank you Precision Door Service!

Found you in the Trust Dale Certified Services Guide. Garage door broke and car of course was inside. I called around 2pm and got a early time for tomorrow but I had to get my dogs from day care by 7pm. They had Dustin here before 4pm. He was very kind and thorough. He wore gloves and was respectful of space due to the Coronavirus. A very nice young man! Thank you for your quick response and kindness! I can now leave and get my dogs before the shelter in place begins tonight. Be safe!!
