Found you in the Trust Dale Certified Services Guide. Garage door broke and car of course was inside. I called around 2pm and got a early time for tomorrow but I had to get my dogs from day care by 7pm. They had Dustin here before 4pm. He was very kind and thorough. He wore gloves and was respectful of space due to the Coronavirus. A very nice young man! Thank you for your quick response and kindness! I can now leave and get my dogs before the shelter in place begins tonight. Be safe!!

Garage door was inop, called Precision, they.sent out Kris Baxley next day. Was knowledgeable gave me an estimate was very reasonable and did all the work. Kristopher was very meticulous, did excellent work and explained everything in detail. Was very happy with his service. Would definitely recommend them to friends and will use them for my maintenance and all repairs. Excellent five star service.

Mike, from Precision did an outstanding job on realigning my 3-car garage doors. He also removed the molding on the sides and moved it down to made sure their were no gaps at the bottom of the doors to make sure mice and snakes cannot get into the garage. Mike, the technician, was professional, courteous and knew exactly what to do. Thank you Mike and I will definitely add you in our newsletter so if anyone else needs a repair done, you are the company to use.

After consulting with the main office at Precision they informed me that typical repairs are between 100 and $200. Upon service the technician was trying to sell me a $1200 conversion. When I told him no it was instantly $750.The used car salesman act does not go well with me. Come to find out they don’t know how to deal with Wayne dalton doors so they try to sell you a conversion. Total BS. I got my garage door fixed for $300 from somebody who actually knew how to fix it. I will never recommend this company.

FIVE STARS!! EVERY person we dealt with gave us FANTASTIC customer service! There were no hard sell tactics, there was only education and truly assisting us. We chose to purchase a new garage door, it is beautiful. The sales rep, the installer, the appointment setter, the follow up . . . . ALL FIVE STAR people!!!

Called Precision at 9:45 AM to service a broken spring on my garage door. The technician, Dustin, was at my home by noon and had the repair completed by 1:00. Can't ask for more then that !! Great job and fair price! Highly recommend Precision for Garage needs or repairs.
