I purchased a double garage door, the rails, and the opener from Precision and beyond the good price they gave me the product was great and the garage door upgraded the look of my home. There was a problem with the opener after 1-1/2 years and they were right there to repair/replace. They are the best!!!

Precision will be the first and only call I make for any future garage door needs. My call on a weekend was promptly and professionally answered and an appointment was set up for the following day. The serviceman was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He certainly went above and beyond by providing additional services without charge. Several years ago I worked with another company that only showed up during hours when I had to work. Then they charged a $250 fee just to show up ON TOP of whatever they did (which was also expensive even though they used used parts they took off another job). Precision had a very small fee and was amazing to work with. Save yourself time and trouble and call Precision first. You will not be disappointed

My sincere thanks and massive appreciation to Billie Joe Peterson for his hard work and effort. The circumstances were tough as I had a VERY sick dog and the broken spring on the garage door had trapped my car inside just I needed to get my furbaby to the vet - Billie Joe Peterson came to our rescue on his day off and drove over an hour to get to us - not many would do such and I am eternally grateful for the hard work, dedication and heart he showed to me and my pet (who is doing much better now). I called on a Sunday, not for an emergency but simply because that's when I found time to call. I assumed I would have to leave a voicemail to start a game of phone tag, but the answering service was quick and courteous. Shaun Sewell came out to our house the next day, and he called ahead of arriving so that we had time to get ready for him. We wanted to explore options to make our garage door opener quieter because the room above our garage will soon be a nursery. Shaun walked us through the various changes we could make, and he was detailed without being pushy or using jargon to confuse us. We replaced the AC motor for a DC motor and replaced the springs and rollers. All of this was done on the first visit, because they travel with a well-stocked truck! Now the garage door is very quiet, and we can move on to other preparations for the new baby.

David replaced the broken spring and replaced both springs with High Cycle products. Our door was 7 years old and needed a complete make over. We now have a new door system with a 7 year warranty. Really Pleased.

I liked your commercial and I recall telling myself that when and if I ever needed my garage door repaired, that I'd call Precision. and, that would be today! I liked that once I was told who was coming, I could go online and actually match up a name with a face. the work was done within the time Josh told me it would be done and overall, my experience was great and I would recommend Precision. Back in 2012, replacement of an old wooden garage door was done by Precision. Over the weekend, the spring broke. Called on Saturday, and tech Dustin was here on Monday morning. Great customer service! Dustin had the job completed in no time! He's a great tech with a wonderful personality! He answered all my questions, and explained exactly what needed to be done. Shaun Sewell was our rep. today and Shaun had been here before and he knew right away what my problem was and it was easy to fix. I appreciate how fast you respond. I called about 10am and he was here within a few hours. Our technician, Joshua Blankenship, did a fine job replacing all of the garage door opener's external electronics that dated from the early 1990s. He was on-time, fast, neat, and personable. The door opener works like new. Well worth the money.

I am very impressed with the customer service. I called at 3:00 in the afternoon one day and they were there at 9:00 the next morning. I could have had same day service but I was not available. Josh was very nice and explained everything before he did any work it was approved by me. He gave me 3 options on the repair and explained them all very well. He completed the work very quickly and made sure I was happy before I made payment. Not sure if the cost was reasonable or not because I have not had this service in the past and have nothing to compare too. For service I would definitely recommend you to my friends and family. You have a great employee in Josh he definitely gets a 5

Michael was on time. He went over all of the problems with my door. The spring had broken and by the time I figured that out I had stripped the gears on the motor. He did not say that. He went to work and fixed it promptly. replacing the spring and lifter. I am happy with the work and he was pleasant to talk to.
