Shaun Sewell was our rep. today and Shaun had been here before and he knew right away what my problem was and it was easy to fix. I appreciate how fast you respond. I called about 10am and he was here within a few hours. Not long ago I recommend you to a neighbor who was told by home depot it would be 10day before they could come out and I told her to call Precision which she did and you were there that afternoon Thanks again for your service Bob

Our technician, Joshua Blankenship, did a fine job replacing all of the garage door opener's external electronics that dated from the early 1990s. He was on-time, fast, neat, and personable. The door opener works like new. Well worth the money.

Didn't have to wait for an appointment. Tech showed up on time, diagnosed the issue right away and fixed it within an hour. He was quick to mention new purchase alternatives but wasn't pushy. I'm satisfied and would call them again.

I am very impressed with the customer service. I called at 3:00 in the afternoon one day and they were there at 9:00 the next morning. I could have had same day service but I was not available. Josh was very nice and explained everything before he did any work it was approved by me. He gave me 3 options on the repair and explained them all very well. He completed the work very quickly and made sure I was happy before I made payment. Not sure if the cost was reasonable or not because I have not had this service in the past and have nothing to compare too. For service I would definitely recommend you to my friends and family. You have a great employee in Josh he definitely gets a 5

Michael was on time. He went over all of the problems with my door. The spring had broken and by the time I figured that out I had stripped the gears on the motor. He did not say that. He went to work and fixed it promptly. replacing the spring and lifter. I am happy with the work and he was pleasant to talk to.

Great service. Called Monday AM and techs arrived same day. Previous installation (by others) was found to have multiple issues and Brandon carefully documented each problem and suggested solutions. No hard sell - multiple options/price were provided and we were able to choose what level of repair we wanted. Had old openers and ancillary equipment (springs, rollers, etc.) replaced. Techs were courteous and professional. Took time to patiently answer all questions. Excellent service and would definitely recommend this company.

Great company, used them before. Called on Sat morning and Mike Powell arrived about two hours later and fixed our garage door problem. He arrived when they said he would and was very professional, pleasant and fixed the issue. This company goes out of there way to take care of customers with a garage door problem, where other companies that I called ,put you off for 2to3 days

Recently I had my new garage door opener installed. The install went well, but after a short period of time the garage door was not opening smoothly. I made a call to Precision Door and scheduled an appointment with Amber, she provided great customer service The Technician assigned was Jeremiah. On the day of the appointment Jeremiah was on time, very professional and knowledgeable. He immediately found the issues and corrected. Please note that the issues found were not a result from the installation. Jeremiah took time to educate me on how properly maintain my garage door. Great job, thank you!!

Showed up promptly when I was informed that he would be here. Very nice manner. Explained what had broken in the system and what would be needed to repair and also nice to have repairs. As the whole door and door opener were 13 years old, I chose to have the nice to have repairs done at this time also. Mr. Shelton proceeded to repair and replace the spring and the door parts. Very nice and neat work.

Kevin arrived well within the scheduled time. He quickly knew what the problem was and gave me three options for repairs. He had all the parts he needed on the truck and went about the repair in a very professional manner. The price was fair and the parts used looked to be of a better quality than other repair shops used in the past. My garage door now operates like it was brand new. Precision is now my go to for all my garage door needs and would highly recommend them.

Back in 2012, replacement of an old wooden garage door was done by Precision. Over the weekend, the spring broke. Called on Saturday, and tech Dustin was here on Monday morning. Great customer service! Dustin had the job completed in no time! He's a great tech with a wonderful personality! He answered all my questions, and explained exactly what needed to be done. Thanks for the prompt scheduling and service.
