After reviewing the invoice for your job, we think the $90.00 bill was fair if not even under priced. James came out to your home, assessed the problem, fixed the problem and lubed your door. All of this was quoted to you for your approval before any work was done so there should have been no surprises. The cost of a job is not just the labor and materials that the customer sees in front of them. It also includes the time for the technician, the truck maintenance, the gas, and insurances that go into keeping a business running. Many Thanks to Precision Door for your outstanding service. I recently had some work done on my doors and hardware. For some reason one of the doors began to not close properly. I called and a repair technician came out immediately and made a small adjustment. Now everything is working fine and my wife and I are very happy. It's good to still have companies like yours around that can be counted on to do quality work. Both of the technicians that came out were very professional and knowledgeable.

Precision Doors earned 5 stars all around! After researching door companies, your ratings, awards and reviews, we made the call to replace our over 40 year old wood doors. Orion Smith came out a few days later, took measurements, answered all questions, and gave a fair estimate which included everything, nothing hidden. A few days later, we visited the Norcross garage door showroom. This really helped to see the different door styles up close. Tina Bullock walked us through the showroom and pasted several door designs on our house photos. We made the custom order, and doors were installed about 3 weeks later. Your door installer, Senior Technician Tyler Walsh did an OUTSTANDING job. I know he's installed and worked on hundreds, maybe thousands of doors, and it shows. I too am a technician, and I observed and chatted while he worked, He is a true professional. He was very organized, very courteous, answered any questions, confirmed all door operations, and left no dust behind. We have a corner home, and were very pleased with the "new look".
