I needed repairs to my garage and I called Precision and my repair tech Ryan arrived very timely, was extremely courteous and very professional. He repaired my garage in a timely manner and offered future recommendations. Great customer service from Ryan and the representative who set up the appointment when I called. Need our garage door fix so we called precision. Not only did they come out on a Sunday, they sent one of they best installers in my opinion. Ryan Hudson was not only perfessional he is a people person. Once he told us what was needed ,he took no time in getting it done and was pleasant the entire time. I Give Precision 5 stars,our garage remotes wasn’t working, so Chasen Pike , your tech was sent out, he did a very theral check of the garage door and it’s components, then opened the unit and found the problem with the motherboard, he replaced the unit. I found Chasen Pikes to be very knowledgeable and professional,great service tech, great customer service , so he also pointed out a couple of things that needed to be taken care of in the near future, I will be calling Precision,and request Chasen Pikes, thanks so much.

I seen the booth set up at the Home Show, and was looking at the openers and a lady came up to me if I had any questions and I did she answer them all for me very professionaly. She gave a card and I gave you all a call a couple days days later, they sent someone out right away and that afternoon and took care of me and I was impressed by the installer was very knowledgeable and professional about the installation. I almost gave up trying to talk to the answering service, it was a bad connection and they know nothing about Atlanta, that was the only down fall from the whole appointment. Thanks and keep up the great work.

I was very happy with Senior Technician Ed Davis. Within the first five minutes after listining to my issues with my garage door opener, he was able to determine three possibilities that may be causing my garage door not to open or close at times. He was able to clean my interrupter cup and so far the garage goor works great. He was right to the point. You can bet if for some reason my ten year old garage door opener acts up again, I will call Precsion Door Service and have new garage opener and rails installed, by this company. Very impressed.

Was astounded at the promptness that a technician arrived--on the same day I called about 2 hours later. Ryan was just wonderful.
