The serviceman did a great job under cold conditions. Everything was cleaned up well. He didn't try to enforce high dollar items, just what we needed. Operation is very quiet and smooth. (much better than before) Joshua Kesler was the service man

We had a problem with our garage door and Precision was able to send a person the next day. The technician immediately diagnosed the problem as a bad motor on the opener and said it was not possible to fix it. His quick judgment to come to that conclusion was disappointing to me since he took basically no time to arrive at that conclusion. Being in a rush and not having time to get a second estimate, I decided to have them install a new opener. I had a bit of sticker shock, as the price quoted seemed quite high to me (approximately twice what I could purchase a new one at Home Depot). I eventually decided to have them install the new opener. The installation went fine, taking about 90 minutes, and the door works well.

Jeremy very helpful and explained the lubrication of the springs and hinges and what to listen to if there is a problem. I thought they were getting a little noisy, but Jeremy said the were good. He sprayed the springs and checked other things out. Plus he was here right on time at 8:00 am.

Can’t say enough how pleased we are with Precision. Called to have my garage door checked and serviced. Called on Monday afternoon late and Joshua was our service Tech that came on Tuesday. He called and arrived exactly when he said he would. He was very professional and knowledgeable telling mr exactly what I needed. He performed a very complete and through maintenance and installed new rollers. Can’t belive how quite the door is. He realigned all the rails and repaired some really poor “new” installation from previous install. Highly recommend Precision and ask for Joshua...great guy and great work! Definitely will use them and recommend to my neighbors.

We are very pleased with the job Joshua did for us on our garage door opener repair. He explained what needed to be done and kept us informed of what he was doing at all times and did a fantastic job. He did not try to sell us on a new opener as several others did. We will recommend Precision and will use them again if need be. And by the way....the opener is very quiet now which is a plus.

I called at 2pm after my garage door malfunctioned. They were able to send a tech out the same afternoon. He quickly diagnosed the problem on my 12 year old opener, at which point I opted to replace it. An hour and a half later it was all finished. Because I used Precision a few years ago for new garage doors (pleased with that also), they upgraded my opener at no charge. I highly recommend this company.
