We were certainly pleased with the professional service provided by our technician, Roy. He arrived promptly, listened to our problems and was very courteous and knowledgeable in his replies to our questions and concerns. He worked efficiently in installing a new garage door opener and made sure we knew how everything worked before leaving. I had thought of calling another company originally, but I am so glad I chose Precision instead. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. And I would say again that Roy did a wonderful job for us. Many thanks for making this a pleasant experience for us!

I recently had a new garage door installed and the technician, Tyler, was very professional and knowledgeable. He left the garage in tip-top shape after the installation. He explained to me everything I needed to know in regards to my new door. I love how much quieter this door is compared to my previous garage door. I would recommend Precision to anyone in need of a garage door.

My garage door has fallen apart and could not be fixed and was partially open at the top and bottom. I contacted precision door atlanta. Tina bullock came and was through from taking measurements to showing door samples. She kept in contact throughout the process. In less than a week my installation was complete. I was notified when the installer was on his way. He arrived on time. The door installation and clean up was completed in a timely fashion a timely fashion.i would definitely recommend Precision Door Atlayw.

This was my first experience with Precision and I was highly impressed with the entire process from scheduling to the completed replacement of my garage door springs. A technician (Mike O.) was ringing my doorbell after only a few hours from my initial call. Kudos to Mike for his professionalism and willingness to take the time to explain my options, he was very knowledgeable of all products and provided exemplary service. I would highly recommend and would personally use Precision again if I had additional issues with my garage door.

I love my new door. I am completely satisfied. The salesperson Kay was the best. The young man who installed the door was very professional and edficient. I would have given 5 stars but the appoinmemt maker failed to explain the arrival time to me. She apologized but it caused a glitch in my day. Overall I would definitely recommend the compnay to my friends and family.

I got three estimates from the top Garage Door companies and yours was the best. Sales person was lovely, scheduling was easy and on the day of the install, everything went right.
