My service tech Ed was professional and his work exceeded my expectations! I've had issues with my 1970's garage system & door. Suddenly it just stopped working and the garage door was stuck open. As a single female, this frightened me & I didn't want to leave it that way overnight. I called Prescion and Ed came out when promised and worked with me to find a dependable solution. I have no complaints. Their products and services are a great value. This happened during COVID-19, and not only was I happy they were essential, Ed demonstrated and followed ALL safety precautions. I called to have my keypad replaced. Ed called this morning letting me the time he would be arriving. He informed me that a new keypad wouldn’t work with my old Genie motor. He inspected the door finding that the cables were very worn/frayed which could cause the door to fall down. Ed gave me repair options to choose. I was extremely pleased with his friendly professional attitude. When he completed his work, he made sure I understood the features in the new Genie. He is a keeper for Precision!!

Tech was on time and did the work well. However, total charge was not as quoted over the phone and on a chart. Labor charge was never mentioned or included in the quote.

Our technician was unaware of the quoted price given by the call center. As we discussed on the phone, we are happy to correct this error and refund the charge. I purchased this door from Precision several months ago and I’m extremely pleased with it. My door opener didn’t reverse as its programmed to do and the door struck a ladder that I’d left in the opening. Derailed the door! Jeremiah repaired it quickly and it’s operating as it should again. Your technician was very presentable, courteous and knowledgable; you’re fortunate to have such an employee. The same can be said of the original installer. I’m extremely happy with your customer service and will be certain to pass your name along to my friends and neighbors.
