Ryan and Thomas are just an amazing team! They gave me a courtesy call ahead of their arrival and showed up on time. They were extremely knowledgeable, very engaging and informative about my problem and what it would take to fix it. They were swift with the repair and made several checks and re-checks before leaving. They were courteous and very professional. Couldn't have asked for a better team!!

My service tech Ed was professional and his work exceeded my expectations! I've had issues with my 1970's garage system & door. Suddenly it just stopped working and the garage door was stuck open. As a single female, this frightened me & I didn't want to leave it that way overnight. I called Prescion and Ed came out when promised and worked with me to find a dependable solution. I have no complaints. Their products and services are a great value. This happened during COVID-19, and not only was I happy they were essential, Ed demonstrated and followed ALL safety precautions. I came across the company via social media....I am extremely happy that I choose Precision....I had some issue with my Garage door and the tech came over in about 2 hrs....His name is Ed, very professional, so pleasant and most importantly I felt safe....He knew what he was doing...the door is fixed and working like new in about an hour....I highly recommend this comp...Professional.
