The service interaction from start to finish was excellent. I was impressed by the 24/7 service availability. The service representative answer my call on a Sunday evening and did her best to find an available tech. With no avail she offered a 8am -12p service visit on the next day. The tech (Dustin) called as schedule and was at my home that morning. He was very knowledgable and made the repair very quickly. The orignal problem was the door spring had popped. His confidence in completion with alll the parts on his truck was great. The experience by far was exceptional. I would highly recommend Precision for garage expertise.

Very disappointed with the service, the charge for someone to come out is way too high and they charge way to much for repair that does not need to be done. I would not recommend the service.
