I called Precision about 8:45 pm and our technician called within 10 minutes to say he’d be there within the hour and he was prompt! It turned out to be more complicated than we originally thought and he was very thorough and completed all the repairs staying almost 1 am.

Your technicians installed an operator and springs. Everything went well. However, when I was trying to install the remote app on my phone, I could not complete the process because it appears that it isn’t capable of doing so even though the controller at the inside said I could do so. I would like this feature since it appears I paid for it. Otherwise the technicians were polite, professional and completed the service in a timely manner

Chris Baxter the technician was professional and knowledgeable. After a complete inspection of my garage door he had recommendations for repair but also pointed out possible problems that could arise in the future. No pressure, no pushing to purchase, just an honest result of his knowledge of the industry. I took his advice and decided to replace an aging door.
