Service Companys are about customer service and my tech Dustin Ridge understood that 100%. The reapir was done in a timely manner with quality parts. The price was higher then I expected @ $800.00 although the warranty and education I received im okay with it. Would recommend to family and friends.

I sent an email through the website early Sunday evening and they called me back that night and scheduled an appointment for the next morning. Justin came out on time and showed me what needed to be done to repair it, including replacing the only spring that the door opener installer had installed years earlier. Justin gave me a fair price to install the required 2 springs (I researched prices) and my garage door now opens so quietly and smoothly! Very satisfied and will use them again.

Chris did not try to oversell me on any product or parts. He explain to me exactly what I needed and how long each part would last me.
