After reading reviews on your website, decided yours was not some fly by night operation like some I had previously searched.(i.e. professionally trained technicians and fully insured) Ryan and Joe arrived and went to work on the removal of my dinosaur door, then went to work on the new replacement door. You can tell when someone knows what they are doing. Answered all of my questions when asked, both were courteous and respectful of my property. I would rate them a 10 (5 each)

I googled emergency service and called a company who told me they didn’t offer weekend calls but referred me to Precision. I called and explained a spring broke and I couldn’t open garage door to get car out. The last was very polite and helpful and told me to expect a tech by 3 latest on Sunday (next day), this morning I received a call and was told tech would arrive by 120 if earlier was okay. He arrived, very professional, evaluated problem, provided quote and Completed the repair. I highly recommend them I!!

Based on good performance from last job you guys did, we called you to repair garage door. Joe was finished the job quickly but was very eager to leave the site. The sales tax was charged incorrectly, invoice had 7% and 8 % was charged plus we are in Gwinnett county it should be only 6%. Will appreciate if credit ca be issued for the difference in sales tax amount.

My garage door springs decided they needed to be sprung and broke. I did what anybody would do and started searching Google for a good reputable company to replace them at a reasonable cost. I called Precision and they were very prompt at] getting a technician out to fix the problem because I could not open the garage door. The only thing thatl I wish I would have done was researched a little bit more on cost. It cost $407 to have the technician do 15 minutes worth of work and get me back in business with my garage door. After the fact I did the research again and found that there are several other reputable companies that could have done it for far less and even offered military discounts when Precision does not, even though it says so on their web page which is misleading. If you choose to go with Precision you will get a good product and prompt service but you will be light in the wallet. Do your research and get the same quality of work at a lesser cost from another company.

Precision came out right away, and went over all the features with me; those that needed attention and those that did not. Jonathan, the technician, was very thorough and explained the different options I had available in repairing my broken spring. After he repaired my one garage door, I asked him to look at my other garage door as I was also experiencing some problems with it closing properly. He found the problem and repaired that as well. I am very satisfied with the service and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Excellent response time a day after calling with a damaged garage door opener belt to be replaced; I looked into an Amazon belt with simple DIY replacement, but decided to have an expert install it for me for the reasonable cost roughly estimated. Dustin Ridge showed up on time for the repair and easily convinced us that for a little more cost, we could replace the entire garage door opener, which was at least 12 years old, and included the belt and all other new parts! Fabulous reason to have the professionals check the job and estimate the needs for us. As an added bonus, Dustin reprogrammed all of our cars and remotes, changing out troublesome LED bulbs in the openers with older CFL bulbs, which were causing interference with our signals. Amazing advice, professionalism and work from a company we have dealt with since installing our four garage doors back in 2007; we are lifetime clients. Thank you for your excellent service and for employing technicians like Dustin to do the work.

I saw your write up in the TrustDale booklet. I felt safe about choosing your company as his company is certified and backs the work performed by various contractors. Your write up also detailed the services that you provide in repairing garage doors. I was pleased when your technician showed up promptly this morning. He was professional and efficient in the renovation of my garage door which was 56 years old. It certainly was time to have the total renovation done. It was done well in one day with warranties to back the new motor and new parts that were replaced. I highly recommend your company as a reference!

Great company!! I had an emergency where the spring on my garage door broke as I was trying to leave my house. This stranded my car in the garage and me panicking trying to figure out how I was going to get my kids from school. I googled garage door repair companies and Precision was the 1st one to pop up. I called and was told that they could have a technician at my residence between 12 and 4 that same day. I was thrilled but what was even better was that not even 15 minutes after my initial call, the technician called to inform me that he could be at my house in about 20 minutes. When Dustin arrived he was very professional and did an excellent job. He found the problem and fixed it in a timely manner and I was able to pick my kids up on time!! I would definitely recommend Precision to others!!

I called in around 10:15am and within 45 minutes I had JOJO at my door. He explained thoroughly what he thought was best for my situation (garage door was coming off track and caving as it tried to open and close) and under 2 hours everything was done (new springs and rollers) and both my garage doors are working properly again and the work is under warranty. He was personable, professional and sweet to my dog...what more could you ask for!
