Many Thanks to Precision Door for your outstanding service. I recently had some work done on my doors and hardware. For some reason one of the doors began to not close properly. I called and a repair technician came out immediately and made a small adjustment. Now everything is working fine and my wife and I are very happy. It's good to still have companies like yours around that can be counted on to do quality work. Both of the technicians that came out were very professional and knowledgeable.

Great experience. We received a reminder call the day before the Installer was scheduled to stop by. Then the Installer (Scott) called that morning to introduce himself and confirm what time he would be arriving. Scott arrived on time, completed the job in approx. 4 hours. I was amazed that he could remove the old doors, door opener & hardware. Then install the new doors, all the new hardware and the opener in that amount of time. The installation looks great and the doors operate perfectly. He removed all the trash from the install and was a pleasure to work with. The doors look great! We are extremely satisfied so far.

The technician that came out did a great job. The issue was the installer that originally installed the opener left one important item out - battery for the battery backup. Not sure how this happened with an experienced installer but it did. Since the initial installation we have had to call Precision back twice now. One time to fix the security lights because the door would not close and the next time to install the battery that should have been installed at time of installation. Never rec'd a good explanation of why the battery was forgotten when we purchased a unit that had battery backup.

I just purchased my home and after all the remodeling I incurred the garage door was my last hurdle. I spoke with a few door company’s when i called this company i felt a sense of calm and professionalism. The salesman was very informed on products and pricing, after paying deposit i was given an install date. The installer showed up on time but only one guy and this was a 4pane 15 foot wide insulated door. I was worried to say the least however Fred Griffin took this task without a second breath. I can not express how this company so professionally handled this task. I give this company a five star rating and recommend it to anyone needing a garage door. I am a very satisfied customer.

Pricey but feel like it was competitive. It has been 13 years since I had to have a new opener and spring. Service was excellent. The installer was extremely knowledgeable. The job was done in a matter of hours. Completely satisfied and will recommend and use again.

I called this morning because one of our garage doors broke this morning.. Actually the large metal pulls disc broke and came flying from the garage door to me standing by my back door. It flew so quick and hard that it made a huge ho,e in the Sheetrock inches from my face, the ricocheted to the other side of the garage. A few inches and I would have been killed. It was horrible. I called Precission and they had Dustin come out within an hour. The actual doors were fine but he ended up replacing both pulls systems with a much much safer designed one as well as pointing out and replacing 3 broken brackets. The quality of materials is incredible. We will feel so much safer now knowing that if the super thick cables they use, which I can imagine breaking, do break the spring system will just cause the door not to open but will not allow the parts to catapult through the air. Dustin was extremely professional and so nice. He explained each step before he did it and did not pressure me in any way to have the second door repaired to the upgraded standard that the broken was. It was a no brainer. Please give them a call if you ever need help in the future.

My garage door would not open. I saw that one of the springs was broken. Kris showed me the hinges that torn from stress. The price to rebuild the door was more than I had expected but I have never encountered this problem before. Kris explained the situation and gave me several options. He completed the work in less than two hours.

After contacting two companies, I became frustrated with their sales tactics. I decided to call Precision. The lady who scheduled a visit the next day was very kind. I was given a four hour window. The technician, Roy, called me to let me know he will be at my house shortly. Roy quickly diagnose the problem and I appreciate the fact he explain to me why I needed a new motor. His diagnostic skills were on the money. He explained three options to me. He treated me extremely fair and within 90 minutes, I had a complete installation working flawlessly. Needless to say, I was very happy I contacted Precision. I will be needing another door opener in the near future, and will certainly contact Precision. I have never dealt with this company before. I did not know anyone employed there before today. I am writing this review without the encouragement of anyone. I just think in this world, when you get professional service, a person should take the time to let management know they have a very skilled technician.

We called Precision to fix our garage door and were delighted from the initial contact by phone all the way through the process. Shawn called on his way, arrived on time, and was extremely professional. He did a diagnostic on the door and then thoroughly explained 4 different options to correct our problems. He worked quickly and resolved all of our issues, then walked us through what he had done and made certain we were totally satisfied prior to leaving. We will be calling Precision again! My technician was Dustin. He arrived early and greeted me upon arrival. Dustin listened to my problem and then did a test on the garage door. After the test was done, he explained what had to be done and how much it would cost. Dustin then completed the work in a professional and timely manner. One of the garage door opener failed to work today. I contacted Precision Door Services. I want to thank Erin at the Call center who took her time in answering my questions, which let me choose this company to do the work.
