Great experience from start to finish. Each person I had contact with was customer service oriented. My schedule changed at the ladt minute, no problem. Installation time was changed and was on time. The garage door opener was off center. No problem, the installer modified it as the expert he is at his job. Highly reccomended. 2nd installation for my family [mother-in law x 2 yrs ago] Website has employees pictures posted so you see who is at your house. I liked that.

The only solution they proposed was replacing the whole unit which is not necessary. I am quite disappointed on your company, I feel that I lost money and nothing was fixed.

Mike, from Precision did an outstanding job on realigning my 3-car garage doors. He also removed the molding on the sides and moved it down to made sure their were no gaps at the bottom of the doors to make sure mice and snakes cannot get into the garage. Mike, the technician, was professional, courteous and knew exactly what to do. Thank you Mike and I will definitely add you in our newsletter so if anyone else needs a repair done, you are the company to use.

Jeremiah came out today for a problem on one of our garage doors. This is the 3rd time we have used Precision. They are responsive, professional, communicate on their arrival time and they know what they are doing. Jeremiah was very experienced and gave me several helpful hints as well and was very through in solving the problem. I hope I do not have another problem but if I do I will certain call Precision again.

WAY TOO EXPENSIVE. Tried to support a local company, but my mistake for not shopping around for a better deal. The Door is fixed, service was prompt, and tech was polite. But shame on me for not comparing. Next time I will go with my gut and call overhead Door Atlanta

Called to have our garage door looked at as it was making noise when closing and the chain was loose. What we got was a tech trained to be a salesman who quoted us either $300+ or $600+ to fix things we weren't sure were wrong. Bad-mouthed the competition endlessly and in the end, we just had him adjust the chain for $95.00. I've been in sales all my life and never say negative things about my competition because it makes me look unprofessional. Appreciate their help in adjusting the chain, but will never use this company again.

I was in desperate to have my garage door repaired, thankfully I called the folks and Precision . They set up an appointment for 4:00 that afternoon . Brandon called me and told me he could be at my house in 15 minutes . When he got there he told me he could have it fixed in 45 minutes or sooner and boy did he . He was a very pleasant man and knew his business ! In 30 minutes he had my door working perfectly . I can't say enough about the great service Precision and Brandon did for me that day !! I placed a call to Precision Overhead Garage Door Service because one of the torsion springs on my garage door broke after 5PM. The call was answered by their call center and I was given a time frame for the technician to arrive at my house. I was also sent an e-mail with the service confirmation and it included the technician's name and photograph. Brandon, my assigned technician, arrived closer to the front end of the time frame and met with me. He inspected the door and pointed out to me other issues that I had not noticed earlier, in addition to the obviously broken spring. Afterward he explained my repair options. Once I selected the option of my choice, Brandon set out to repair the door. He completed the repairs quickly and efficiently and I told him so. He tested the repair and talked to me about the warranty program and then he left after removing all the debris and faulty parts. I am very satisfied and would highly recommend Precision Overhead Door Service to anyone in need of quality repairs. Brandon was friendly, courteous and professional in all interactions with me.
