Had new garage door openers installed. amazed at how quiet they are. we have a bedroom above the garage, old units were loud and noisy. Dustin was our technician. he called before coming, was prompt, explained everything that needed to be done, did a very professional job, and was very personable. will definitely ask for him again. love the new quiet garage door openers. Precision website is great, got to see photos of the technician before he came, read reviews, and drug testing. Precision is the best!

My technician Michael Powell was very courteous and professional he called thirty minutes prior to his arrival as the dispatch person said that he would, I had a slight problem with my garage opener falling away from my home's ceiling from years of wear/tear; Michael assessed the problem fixed it in less than ten minutes and made recommendations for what may need to be done in the future. We will use Precision Doors again and I hope Michael is our technician. I will refer you guys to family and friends.

Great fast service with a smile, We called and PDS was able to get someone over the same day. The tech showed up at the beginning of the agreed 4 hour time slot, not late or right at the end as often happens. The work was done in a couple of hours, after diagnosis and estimate. The estimate was exactly what we paid. If the other unit goes wrong in the future, we will call PSD again.

I was having an issue with my garage door opening - it had what was called "phantom" opening and closings. I felt like I was on a episode of bewitched and someone kept opening and closing the door on me! Precision Door sent someone out to repair this immediately and covered the repair. Jeremiah did a great job in fixing and arrived at the first point in the window I was provided. Great company and service!!

This company is the best! Was very happy with this last year when they installed my garage doors. Now yesterday, I noticed a small problem with one of my doors, called them in the morning and Tommy was there by 1:00 and had my door fixed within 15 minutes. Only company that I want to deal with for my doors. Very professional!

Precision has replaced 3 garage door openers for me at different times. Each time they have been able to schedule the work very quickly, the same or next day. The installers were very professional, quick and thorough. I am very impressed with this company's service. Its rare to find such dependable help these days. The costs were very reasonable.

Saturday morning a spring broke on a double door of our garage with vehicles inside. Unable to lift the double door with vehicles inside. Uh OH! Contacted Precision and was advised that a technician could be here late afternoon. Technician Ken arrived, diagnosed our problem, checked out other issues not noticed by us on both doors, one double and one single. Needed repairs completed Saturday evening as "we were in trouble mode". Ken was very competent, communicated extremely well and presented several options for us to consider. We were very relieved that our issues could be resolved (Saturday service) and are extremely happy with the quality of work at what we considered a fair price. Ken programmed our vehicles and the outside unit which we considered a bonus. Everything works like it was supposed to!!! A pleasant surprise today.
