job was completed in a timely manner but I was disappointed with the price and i was only after your tech left that I was able to actually see the email with the service report and warranty . i could not get an estimate prior to the tech taking the entire door apart and kind of hard to tell him to stop until I get another estimate Original report was for a broken cable and I ended up getting 10 rollers and 2 pulleys replaced in addition to the cables.

We are sorry to hear you were not completely happy with the service and repair you received. The technician cannot always see / know everything that may be needed for a proper repair until they have disassembled what they need to. We always provide three options for the customer prior to beginning the repair work and go over the three options with the customer. We do hope you are comfortable with the warranty.

I purchased a double garage door, the rails, and the opener from Precision and beyond the good price they gave me the product was great and the garage door upgraded the look of my home. There was a problem with the opener after 1-1/2 years and they were right there to repair/replace. They are the best!!!

This is our second time using Precision. When they came to service our garage door 4 months ago we were assured we didn't need to replace the opener, that it just needed repairs. Today it was repaired again. The technician commented negatively on the quality of work the previous technician performed and said we have to replace the opener, that it will break again.

Precision will be the first and only call I make for any future garage door needs. My call on a weekend was promptly and professionally answered and an appointment was set up for the following day. The serviceman was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He certainly went above and beyond by providing additional services without charge. Several years ago I worked with another company that only showed up during hours when I had to work. Then they charged a $250 fee just to show up ON TOP of whatever they did (which was also expensive even though they used used parts they took off another job). Precision had a very small fee and was amazing to work with. Save yourself time and trouble and call Precision first. You will not be disappointed

Your technician Chasen Pike was the epitome of patience and resolve when dealing with my garage door, which I'd made worse by attempting to fix it myself. Incredibly, your office admin was able to schedule him for an after-hours appointment, even after I called in the late afternoon today. Chasen was methodical and detail-oriented, and made numerous adjustments to the door after he'd fixed the primary problem. He also upgraded my door-track rollers in the process. Precision is the company who I'll call if ever we need garage door service in the future. Also, please give Chasen a raise; whatever you're paying him, I'd argue that it's not enough.

I chose Precision because I knew the name and thought I had used them before. It turns out I didn't but I was very pleased with the service. My techs name was Joshua. He was very careful in his exam and explanation of the problem. The word that best describes his service is integrity. It was a quick fix and a good price. He also gave me the info I needed to make the decision to replace my garage door. Very happy with the whole experience.

So happy to see Joe has joined Precision. He had come to fix a problem when he was with Overhead. Great guy. Helped me clear access to the unit as I have a severe heart condition and cannot lift. Joe explained the options simply and straightword. No “hard sell”. Based on his recommendation we went with a new motor instead of a re-build that might be less reliable. Hopefully our garage problems are over but if we need to, we’ll call Precision. We’re also posting this 5 star feedback on our Neighborhood Nextdoor site.

I needed to replace a pair of 20+ year old wooden garage doors. We called Precision Door and they sent out a technician the same day. Jason took the time to listen to what we (my wife) wanted and provided several options making the process very easy. We placed our order and received an installation date. Everything went as scheduled. On the day of installation Scott showed up right on time and ready to go. It was clear Scott had many years of experience installing doors and gave us confidence we chose the right company. We did. The doors work perfectly and really improve the look of the house. We had a great experience and would highly recommend.
