Garage door is beautiful to look at but makes too much noise. Technician who installed was very professional as was the technician who came to investigate what we believe is excessive noise when door opens and closes. Unfortunately advised that is the noise all doors make, not sure about that since we have owned several homes where garage doors did not make this much noise. But we could buy an insulation pkg which might help another expense over the cost of the $2000+ door.

I was disappointed that i was charged for tightening the spring when we just replaced the whole thing and the lifter less than 6 month paying over $1200. I would have thought it would last at least 1 year and least gave us a warranty for 1 year. So i was very disappointed that i needed to pay to get it tightened when it was not even 6 months old.

Don’t trust these guys!!! Called them out to do a tune up on my garage door opener for $89 that included new rollers. Upon “inspection” I basically needed a whole new door for over $1000. Claimed they couldn’t do the tune for $89 so they charged me $59 and did nothing. Save your money!! Don’t trust these people!!!

We had garage doors installed and had a great experience from the estimate with Jason Davis which was an absolute gentleman who explained everything in detail and answered all our questions and concerns. As well as took my crazy phone calls. Then when the day came for install Jeff came on his on and did a fabulous job!! Cleaned everything up, explained all the details of the opener as well as helping with setting everything up! We were treated with respect and dignity though out the whole process. I am in the service business and know how important it is to have good customer service and these guys are genuine. It’s very hard to find that out there in the service world! You guys were awesome!! We used Precision to repair our Rental garage door (the door was installed in January by Precision. Evidentially the bolts loosend up and were replaced this week The original service came out of Marietta. Not sure where service came from. After this was done, the wife wanted an external button for the outside of our garage, so we added this (came from Alpharetta) in late January. WE also have a a Precision garage door at our home in Alphareta
