The service guy was prompt and knowledgeable which is why they got 3 stars. The door is working well after he got it balanced and tracks re-set right. I understand "flat rate pricing" however even with discounts applied (which are not visible on invoice) when the flat rates are stacked the time spent on site and adding 1/2hr of travel time the repairs works out to $252/hr (no parts were used). Wish I made that rate.

I used the chat now option to begin conversations. I was answered promptly and professionally. I was told the expectation and there were no surprises. Within a few hours a tech named Jeremy called to say he was on his way, Jeremy was very professional and was a pleasure to deal with. Good customer service oriented employees are hard to find. I added a keypad to my order and Jeremy did not have the part he said no worries let me make a phone call, within 15 minutes another employee arrived, introduced himself and delivered the part. This is above and beyond customer service as I added this on last minute to my service request. Great job.

David was courteous and very knowledgeable. He made me feel confident in my decision making regarding my doors. The technician was excellent .He arrived on time and replaced the springs,drums,cables and middle rod. The garage door works great now. The problem is the service was done on Monday(3/18/19) and still no receipt that was promised with the warranty. I called on Tuesday and they said it would go to billing and would be send right out. Today is Thursday(3/21/19) and no emailed receipt or warranty. I'm disappointed to receive 2 star customer service.

These guys are awesome. They installed 2 LiftMaster for me with WiFi capability. 6 months later, the old springs on my door broke. Gave me a great deal on fixing and servicing BOTH doors so I wouldn’t have a problem again. Then my WiFi went out a few months later and knocked my doors offline (thanks Comcast!) Precison sent a tech out and reprogrammed them for me and gave me a nice discount on the visit on top of it. Always fair, friendly and on time. Wouldn’t use anyone else.

Garage door wouldn't close unless you held the hardwired button down until fully closed. I tried moving the sensors inline without success and a repairman was scheduled to come out. Before he arrived, I received a call from Joe and he politely told me what was wrong and I should be able to fix it myself by properly aiming the two sensors. I thanked him and told him I would try again. It did turn out to be a bad sensor but I really appreciated his honesty and guidance in trying to save me a service charge. You will always be the one I call for assistance in the future.

I first called another garage door company. They said the door could not be fixed, that I would need a complete new door for around $2500.00. This sounded wrong so I called Precision to get a second opinion. I got an appointment immediately. Brandon was right on time and quickly accessed the problem. He gave me two estimates for the work needed. Of course it was a very reasonable price and the work was completed quickly and efficiently. From the beginning I was very impressed with the process of your sales person. I live in an HOA and the sales person checked about the code had your engineer draw what it would look like so that we were on the mark from the beginning. Also knowing that it is made here in the Atlanta area made an even better choice. Knowing I have allergies to chemicals, they made a point to hold it a little longer in order to have the chemical gas off taken care of. Your installers were quick, cleaned up well after themselves and were professional. The door itself is wonderful. So,quiet,has just enough of the safety issues where it is not over brain makes. Sensor light over the motor. Temsensor, and the safety on the door gauge itself. I was very pleased

*****! New garage door opener: Liftmaster belt drive with battery backup and mobile access. Moved into a new house that had a Liftmaster base model chain drive. My last three houses were all upgraded to the belt drive and I was very satisfied with all. Technician was professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and easy to talk to. He completed the job in good time and cleaned up after himself.
