I was looking for a company to repair my garage door. I googled and found Precision Garage Door. They came out the next day and looked at the garage door and gave me and estimate. Alex came out n fixed the garage door. The staff at Precision was courteous, professional, and keep me informed. I'm glad I choose Precision to fix my door.

Our garage door broke over the weekend. We called Precision Monday morning around 8:30 am and they were able to accommodate my need to have an afternoon appointment. The window was 4 - 6 and at 3:45 I received a call from Brandon who said he would arrive at 4. By 5:30 we had new springs and hardware and the door was fixed. When I arrived home Brandon and my husband were talking like they were old friends, joking around. Brandon was great and if we need service ever again, Precision and Brandon will be who we call. Thank you for fixing my garage door so quick and efficiently.

Josh was knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. My only complaint about the company was that I was quoted a price over the phone that turned out to be only half the price of doing a thorough job (it's $89 for maintenance on the garage door, and then another $89 for maintenance on the motor -- it wasn't made clear that those are two different things).

On 12-26-18 my garage door broke. On 12-27-18 at 6am I began searching on line for a garage door repair service and Precision was the first to pop up with good rating and qualified sponsors. We had a problem with our garage door and Precision was able to send a person the next day. The technician immediately diagnosed the problem as a bad motor on the opener and said it was not possible to fix it. His quick judgment to come to that conclusion was disappointing to me since he took basically no time to arrive at that conclusion. Being in a rush and not having time to get a second estimate, I decided to have them install a new opener. I had a bit of sticker shock, as the price quoted seemed quite high to me (approximately twice what I could purchase a new one at Home Depot). I eventually decided to have them install the new opener. The installation went fine, taking about 90 minutes, and the door works well.
