Ed was the technician that came out, he was early, which I appreciated. Ed was very professional and courteous. He explained all of my options and then I decided to purchase a new opener. Actually heard about Precision on the radio and when my old garage door starting acting sketchy, decided to make the call. Called on a Wednesday and the service representative, Sean, was there on Thursday. Replaced one garage door opener on our two car parking space and installed a new one on our single parking space. Also tightened the springs and replaced the door rollers. The whole job took about 90 minutes according to my wife. Sean called me at work and explained the options. All and all a quality job. Just waiting for the invoice to be emailed or mailed to me.

Our garage door quit working and when I called Precision they had a technician out that very afternoon. Chasen arrived and gave me all my options. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He needed to install a new lift master motor and then thoroughly explained how the new remotes would work. I didn't feel rushed at all. He was such a nice man and so professional. I have used Precision before for our other door and when I needed them again, I simply looked at the sticker on our door for their phone number. Both springs on double wide door had popped broken in the middle of the night with the car inside. Contacted Precision in the morning based on reviews. They were able to send technician Joshua that afternoon on schedule. Joshua did an assessment; described all the various options and pricing differences to select from. After my selection and approval, my door was timely repaired up and running smoothly. Great job!
