Chase came out to my house at 9:00 on a Wednesday night after my garage door had been knocked off the track and was hanging precariously. I was in a complete panic. I thought there was no way it would close and I would have to stay home from work the next day and get a full repair. He reassured me that he could get it repaired enough so that it would close and function properly, and he did. I call him a "miracle worker". He was efficient, explained things as many times as I needed him to, and got the job done to my satisfaction. I always have and I always will choose Precision; they do great work.

This is the best customer service I’ve received in a very long time. Ed my service tech took the time to listen to my concerns and immediately stated “I will take care of you” his comment melted my heart because I’ve had such a tough month thus far. We cannot thank Precision enough for taking care of the repairs and maintenance that our garage door needed. We called Precision on Friday, and they were able to get a technician out to our home by Saturday afternoon. Joe S. did an amazing job fixing everything and finished in no time flat! He was professional, friendly, and an overall great guy. We will certainly be using Precision (and requesting Joe!) the next time we need help with our garage door.

Precision did an impressively polished and professional job. The technician, Glenn, knew his business and was also quite friendly. We discussed a few options, including repair of the old units as well as some options for replacement, and Glenn's presentation of the pros and cons matched my own thoughts. While he of course offered the opportunity to have various replacements and upgrades, he was willing to do whichever work I wanted, high or low end. I was happy with the choices I made. And Glenn did the work quite well, including the little touches like fine adjustment of the door position or neatly wrapping power cords to stow them. You might get the work done a bit cheaper, but you can't get it done better.
