Dustin arrived right on schedule and did a great job installing an opener on a garage door that never had an opener before. He even had the piece of wood that was required to mount the opener and a saw to cut to required size. He lubricated the new door and our existing door and programmed the existing keypad opener to open both doors. Also cleaned up work area. Polite and professional.

I called on Sat @ 6 pm and Kevin Shelton arrived at my home at 7:45 pm that night. The garage door spring frame had a broken part. HE WAS GREAT - while I did not like the weekend fee of $150 to come to my home - KEVIN fixed the broken metal frame for the spring and was finished in about 45 min to 1 hour. I did not miss much of the ACC football Championship game. Kevin is a 10 on a 1-10 scale. If I need any more work I only want him. I am 75 and a disabled Vet - do ya'll give discouints ?? Very good service. Totally satisfied. I'm a little unclear about the cost. Had springs, Motor and sinceres replaced($864). had coupon for buy one spring get second one 50% off. Also didn't get veteran discount. This isn't a complaint, just want to understand payment. Thanks

It's a welcome change when a service provider calls to confirm arrival, is organized in presentation & explanation, has up-to-date technology to support the experience, communicates clearly and intelligently --- all of those happened with our service visit from Chase at Precision Garage. A-1 down the line. From exceptional customer service to excellent problem resolution. The new equipment is excellent but the service technician, Josh, was even better. He gave ne a courtesy call before arriving, showed up on time, did excellent work, showed me how everything operated...and he even synced my car to the new garage door opener. I have had a string of bad contractors over the last 2 months- but Precision has restored my faith! There reception/scheduling was polite & precise! And I got a call from the tech when he was 20 mins out...and was at my door ready to get to work right after that call! He was polite & courteous at all times- evaluated my current door situation and went over my repair option with me as well as the quote. After deciding on a solution he got to work- and removed/installed the parts & cleaned up. He always knocked before entering the house so I knew he was there- and when done, showed me that everything was in working order! Glenn was courteous & knowledgable! THANK YOU Precision!

We were impressed with this company from beginning to end. My husband's car was stuck in the garage because the door wouldn't open. We called Saturday evening, and they were able to see us Sunday morning within the expected window. Chase was fantastic!! Not only was he punctual and reliable, but he was also incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and did an amazing job of explaining everything we needed or should consider in the future. This is the only company you should call for your garage needs. I recommend Chase to everyone I know~!
