Fantastic service! Very punctual and knowledgeable about assessing the problem. The technician was not overbearing in trying to sell,service or parts that were not necessary. He was patient in answering questions my husband and I asked. He installed the equipment in a timely manor and cleaned up when the job was done. Kudos to our technician, Kevin. Definitely would recommend this company to anyone need garage door work done!

I have used other companies in the past, but I find I like Precision the best. Their technicians are top notch, and very personable. I also was prepared to wait a week or 2 for service, but they set up my service for the next day. I got a garage door tune-up and reset my remotes. I was very pleased with my technician and he didn't try to sell me on unnecessary work. Will definitely recommend Precision to anyone needing service.

My garage door opener broke this morning. Precision was at my house at 4 and installed 2 very superior garage door openers. Michael the technician was throughly professional and the job was first rate. 2 years I had Precision install 2 new garage doors and the job was excellent. That is why we called them again. Replaced broken torsion spring. The service was prompt and finished in just over an hour. The technician was knowledgeable and very experienced. We are very satisfied with the service and recommend Precision for all garage door services, repairs, and replacements.

I had a problem where the double garage door would not travel up/down smoothly for over 2 yrs. The door finally jumped off the track. This was found to be most likely caused by a previous repair of 3 yrs ago. An incorrectly sized Torsion Spring had been installed by a Precision tech who is no longer with the company. Once I let Precision know of the issue, they sent someone out to install the correct Torsion Spring and insure the door is working properly. I would recommend them for future repairs.

Kevin arrived well within the scheduled time. He quickly knew what the problem was and gave me three options for repairs. He had all the parts he needed on the truck and went about the repair in a very professional manner. The price was fair and the parts used looked to be of a better quality than other repair shops used in the past. My garage door now operates like it was brand new. Precision is now my go to for all my garage door needs and would highly recommend them.

Our Garage door operator has constant mind of it's own. Sometimes it would open the door and at other times it chose not to. So we called precision because they showed up on the internet. Shawn came out and diagnosed that our 15yr old door opener was burnt out but and could only open the door when it could. So we had him install a new Ez Lift opener...WOW it's amazing....didn't realize how much we needed a new one. Shawn figured it all out for us and taught us how to use the new tech opener. He was very helpful and we really enjoyed working with him. Thank You Precision.

Let’s start at the basics - THEY SHOWED UP. Not only did they show up but they were on time and respectful. The technician are knowledgeable. The cost of repair is not excessive. And, they do fix the problem - not a band aid fix but rather a lasting fix. We wouldn’t call anyone else.

Reached out to Precision Door to address the sprocket that broke off and I probably needed a new garage door opener. The technician that came out was Chase Dasilva, and he clearly explained the different options. Since their service vehicles seem to be well stocked, he could replace the garage door openers and springs on both garage doors immediately. Chase provided an accurate cost estimate, and projected installation time. He was very professional.

Everything went smoothly from the sales to install. Orion Smith as the sales person was outstanding. He was very patient and always answered my texts and emails promptly with on point responses. These responses helped shape my decision to go with Precison Garage Door over few other great competitors. Visiting the showroom was also very helpful in finalizing our choices for the garage doors and windows. Most competitors don’t have a showroom.... Tyler and Jeff as installers came on time and were extremely efficient. They took time to answer all our questions and provided several helpful insights on the operation of the garage doors. The whole experience was awesome and we would highly recommend Precision Garage Doors to anyone who is considering replacing their garage doors!
