We bought a new garage door which, unfortunately, revealed a sagging floor that the new door's retainer at the bottom didn't adequately cover. When chipmunks got into the garage, Precision Door came back out at no cost to put on a larger retainer and attach it properly so the critters wouldn't get back in. Thank you!

Technician Sean Schelern called about thirty minutes ahead to say he was on his way and was very professional and courteous. I was actually considering replacing the twenty year old motor because the whole system was so noisy.Sean examined the door, the springs, the tracks and stated it just needed some maintenance.I also wanted a keypad on the outside of the door and he knocked both issues out in about thirty minutes. I spent a whole lot less than I was expecting and the door is now extremely quiet and I now have my outside keypad !! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and very reasonable!!

I used your company before and was very satisfied as I was again satisfied today. The employee fixed my problem with the door and told me how to fix it if it happened again. He also sprayed the parts of t he runners that continued to sound like they needed some oil.. He also told me what kind of spray to get and how often to use it. I was completely satisfied with his visit.

I was very happy with Senior Technician Ed Davis. Within the first five minutes after listining to my issues with my garage door opener, he was able to determine three possibilities that may be causing my garage door not to open or close at times. He was able to clean my interrupter cup and so far the garage goor works great. He was right to the point. You can bet if for some reason my ten year old garage door opener acts up again, I will call Precsion Door Service and have new garage opener and rails installed, by this company. Very impressed.

Our technician, Joe Snyder, was great -- starting with his willingness to take our service call on his way home for the evening. He was professional, courteous, personable, and provided detailed information to help us make the best decision to replace our door springs and opener. Joe stayed until the job was completed and made sure we were completely satisfied with the end result (even though we know it made for a long work day for him!). Finally, he made sure we had a complete understanding of everything he did and the charges associated with each component of the service call.
