Hi Tim, Dealing with your company from start to finish was a true pleasure. I saw your TV Ad and then went to your website while I was sitting on my couch. Up popped a chat box and right then I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. Your technician, Ed was very polite and knowledgeable. He was diligent to test everything before telling me I needed a new garage door opener. I really wasn't surprised at his assessment because mine was 20 years old. I greatly appreciate his diligence in testing everything instead of just assuming I needed a new garage door opener because of the age like many people probably would have done. I also greatly appreciate that he made sure everything was working properly, my new App was set up and working and that I understood the functions on my new garage door opener, and he was pleased to do so! I am a branding expert. I want to applaud you for having a great brand! As you know your brand is more than your logo. It is everything your customer experiences with your business. Was astounded at the promptness that a technician arrived--on the same day I called about 2 hours later. Ryan was just wonderful. He was such a gentleman, he explained our options to us (never pushing us) and he did a w wonderful job. I would use this company again in a heart beat. I would HIGHLY recommend Precision Garage Doors! After dealing with another garage door company since August; this is now November and we still have no new garage door. They took our deposit and never showed or called over 6 times! So we decided to contact PRECISION. The Sales guy was out here on date and time as promised, the office called the next day to schedule the door and the company called the day before to let us know they would be there the next day (as promised). Received a call from installer an hours before he arrived. He installed and did a great job! We actually got a BETTER door, in 2 weeks... for less money than the previous no show guys! Everyone from sales person to installer was polite and professional. The door looks amazing!

I called and after a short time on hold I got an appointment the same day. Turns out, 15 minutes later a tech, Sean, showed up. The spring broke and he replaced it and was out of there in less than an hour. He educated me about the maintenance of a garage door as well. Great experience!

Shaun and Precision Garage Door are great! I called for a quote and Shaun was out to the home about 2.5 hours after the home. Shaun listened to exactly what I wanted and was immediately ready to install the garage door opener after our conversation. From call to install the entire process was less than 4 hours. I wish all other services could operate this way.

Wonderful experience! Our spring broke Friday evening and I called right away. Your technician Kevin was at our home by 11:15 AM the next morning, ahead of schedule! He went through the entire system and suggested we do a couple of extra things and we did. The door operates perfectly and much quieter than ever. Highly recommend.

Michael did an excellent job making our noisy garage door much quieter. He inspected everything carefully and installed a new wireless keyless entry pad since the one we had was not dependable to open the door. We will call Precision in the future when we need service.
