The new equipment is excellent but the service technician, Josh, was even better. He gave ne a courtesy call before arriving, showed up on time, did excellent work, showed me how everything operated...and he even synced my car to the new garage door opener. I was very pleased with his knowledge and his helpful manner.

I have had a string of bad contractors over the last 2 months- but Precision has restored my faith! There reception/scheduling was polite & precise! And I got a call from the tech when he was 20 mins out...and was at my door ready to get to work right after that call! He was polite & courteous at all times- evaluated my current door situation and went over my repair option with me as well as the quote. After deciding on a solution he got to work- and removed/installed the parts & cleaned up. He always knocked before entering the house so I knew he was there- and when done, showed me that everything was in working order! Glenn was courteous & knowledgable! THANK YOU Precision!

We bought a new garage door which, unfortunately, revealed a sagging floor that the new door's retainer at the bottom didn't adequately cover. When chipmunks got into the garage, Precision Door came back out at no cost to put on a larger retainer and attach it properly so the critters wouldn't get back in. Thank you!

Technician Sean Schelern called about thirty minutes ahead to say he was on his way and was very professional and courteous. I was actually considering replacing the twenty year old motor because the whole system was so noisy.Sean examined the door, the springs, the tracks and stated it just needed some maintenance.I also wanted a keypad on the outside of the door and he knocked both issues out in about thirty minutes. I spent a whole lot less than I was expecting and the door is now extremely quiet and I now have my outside keypad !! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and very reasonable!!
