The technician Ed did a super job. Not onky was he on time, he called earlier and told me exactly when he would be here. He was extremely pleasant and informative and cleaned up everything when he was done. He explained the cost ahead of time and explained everything he was doing along tbe way. Kevin replaced old garage door opener and upgraded old rollers. Garage door opener is whisper quite. Added bonus of having upgraded remote technology. Wifi, App for remote opening, etc. Precision responded to my call the same day. I've owned a home services company in the past and can appreciate their response from phone call to completed install.

Garage door opener stopped working this morning. After calling I was happy to hear that a technician could come out that same day. I was offered a slot in the middle of the day which because of my work schedule just did not work. When I asked for later I expected a "we only work till..." answer, but was told that between 4 and 8 would be OK. Phillip arrived approx 20 minuted after he called and evaluated the system very quickly. It was determined that the unit was DOA so as promised he had a replacement unit available on his truck and he started the work which only took about 1 hour. Very happy with the service and quality of the work. Thank you

I was extremely happy with the service! My garage door opener died on a Saturday, I got on your web site, opened the chat window, and arrangements were made for a service person to come by Monday morning. Alan got there early, was very polite and professional, a credit to your company. However just as he got started, he had to leave, an emergency at home. Shortly after he left, Joe showed up to finish the work, again, couldn't ask for a more polite and helpful person, he did the installation, and got everything set up and running. Truly a great service, highly recommend. Thank you for having such a wonderful company, and such a great and helpful staff!
