Edward was punctual and very professional. I had asked for an estimate on a new garage door opener, and he was very thorough and knowledgeable and very good at explaining to me why my garage door opener kept breaking. My heavy garage door was almost impossible to open by hand because my springs were worn out and showed me where the rollers were also warped and about to pop out. After going through everything with me and taking the time to explain the ins and outs of garage door openers, he also performed the complete job and staying late until the job was completed correctly, replacing the rollers, springs, and garage door opener. I love my new opener and very satisfied with the customer service. He even took away my old garage door opener. Five stars all the way!! Thank you.

My experience with Precision Door Service was outstanding. The technician, Ed Davis, was completely professional and one of the easiest people to work with. Upon arrival he thoroughly investigated my issue and explained several possible solutions to fix my problem. I had previously spoken with another garage door company for an estimate to fix my problem. They only offered 2 solutions. Mr. Davis also explained the costs and how much time it would take to make changes. After reviewing all information given, my husband and I decided to go with your company on the spot. Mr. Davis was able to complete the work in exactly the amount of time he said he would and for the quoted price. We are very pleased with the outcome and will definitely consider your company for any of our future garage door needs. We will also recommend your company to anyone who asks.

I utilized a coupon to have my door squeaks and rumbles silenced, Your technician, Sean, called to let me know he could be early for his appointment which pleased my schedule and I welcomed him to arrive early. He inspected the problem and advised me that my spring was getting weak, but I declined a replacement spring at this time. He proceeded to change out all my rollers and lubricate all parts of the door which greatly diminished the offensive noises which prompted my call in the first place. Sean was respectful at all times and worked at a remarkable speed. You have a great employee in Sean. I would recommend your company for your services. *****.

I'm very happy with my new garage door and lift. I am finally able to park in the garage. I have been doing the happy dance for the past few days (since it was installed).
