Precision Doors of Atlanta installed 2 new Haas garage doors and lift master openers a few weeks ago. I cannot say enough good things about them. I highly recommend Precision, I know I made the right decision when I called Precision! I am so glad I chose them after getting quotes and looking at 3 other companies for our new garage doors. Guido was fantastic and came back a week later to tweak a few items and no one asked for payment until the job was complete to our satisfaction. The sign of a truly sound company! Plus, they let me use my credit card so I could earn points. The doors are beautiful, operate like a dream, and are extremely quiet, plus we are enjoying our outdoor touch pads which we did not have on our 33 year old doors! It was not an easy install and we live on a very steep hill, but no complaints from Guido or Precision they just got the job done. Also Tim, the owner, was extremely responsive and helpful in our choice of doors as well as negotiating price. Make the right decision and call Precision!

Great service. Technician called before he arrived to apprise me of his arrival time. He listened to what I had to say about the problem. He informed me of what he needed to do to fix the problem and why various parts needed replacement. Work was done professionally and in a timely manner at a fair price.

I was very impressed with the service that I received on yesterday! I had 2 coil springs replaced at the top of the door. The technician Al arrived at about 6:50 PM diagnosed the problem, showed me the cost and got started, to my amazement he was done at about 7:40! The last time I had those replaced it took well over an hour. Even after a long day and still another call to make he was pleasant and courteous and explained everything making it a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend Precision for your next repair job! 5 stars I saw your add on TV

This is the second time I've used Precision, and I don't see a need to use anyone else. Both times I had a very competent and thorough technician, and both times the service was excellent and the price was fair. Yesterday was a terrific example. My technician (apologies, his name escapes me) came because I'm about to do some major work on my home and wanted to make sure my door was in good shape ... except for the spring Precision installed last fall, it's been unchanged for almost 25 years. He looked over the door, track, wheels and motor and said that except for wear on the wheels, everything looked fine. His honesty and his handiwork (I had the wheels replaced and decided to upgrade the motor) were most appreciated -- especially the former. Big thumbs up.

5 stars! Dustin at Precision Door Service of Atlanta was fantastic! He was proficient, very knowledgeable, polite, and honest. He went above and beyond to make sure our garage door was fixed correctly, securely, and in a timely manner. He explained to me what parts he would recommend replacing at that time and why, and he explained what could wait. It was extremely cost-effective. He did not try to get me to spend money unnecessarily. He gave me an estimate for replacing the doors when it gets to that point. When the time comes to replace the doors, I will definitely hire Precision Door Service to do the job! I can't recommend them highly enough.
